Attn Samsung: your driving me insane.

I usually take reviews with a grain of salt and this is the first time I’ve ever written one, but I will take reviews WAY more seriously from now on. This machine is a cool idea but a terribly made product, but what’s worse than the quality of the product is the Samsung service. It first broke 3 months after purchase and Samsung took over a week to get a tech out to fix it. We had to spend over $70 dollars at the laundromat during that week. After being repaired for the first time, it broke again 2 weeks later. Another full week before they could schedule the repair, and another $150 at the laundromat. When that repair tech showed up, they looked at it for a bit and decided since the first repair failed they would need to replace the whole computer. Had to wait for a part to be ordered and then another week and a half for someone to come back and install the new part. ANOTHER $150 at the laundromat. Finally today the part was replaced but guess what? Machine still doesn’t work. Same issue it had the whole time. My issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED and it has been OVER A MONTH. I called twice today after the repair failed and was told both times that I now have to wait another 24hrs to even begin next steps. Im hoping the next steps will be a refund and reimbursement for all of our laundromat expenses. Samsung, if you’re reading this, Products that fail this soon should be REPLACED not REPAIRED.

It has an issue from the day one. I contacted BestBuy and they won’t help. They sent me to Samsung and Samsung scheduled for a repair. Again, my product is 5 weeks old and it should get a replacement, not a repair. I love BestBuy and Samsung. I got all things from BestBuy and they are all Samsung but I have to think about them again. Never faced with this issue before.

I sold them still in working condition. I also have the Samsung Bespoke Smart Fridge and am happy with that.

It is efficient and I love the fact you get all the notifications through out the wash and dry cycles. I can also stream my music to the washer dryer combo while I am in the laundry room.
