Its an excellent choice and works amazing. The electricity bill barely change and wasn't even noticed. My wife is super happy because it cleans and dry with perfection. I can rate this 5 stars because it deserves it.

We are so in love with our purchase from best buy helping us with explaining the details for the all in 1 washer/dryer to the delivery. The machine as been perfect and met all the exceptions we were looking for when picking a washer/dryer. PS Love coming home with clothes washed and dried ready to put away. Worlds very well and is nice not having to stay up to wait to switch loads

This machine is fabulous! The best feature is that it is ventless. My vent goes through my roof and was getting clogged all the time. I went through several dryers and replaced heating elements every six months. I’ve done 30 loads and I love this machine. There are lots of cycle choices or the machine can determine the best cycle for you.

Ive had this washer/dryer for about 6 months now. I love it. I will say if I had several people to wash for it may aggravate at the length of time it can take. For just a small family it is awesome!

The combo washer dryer is doing v good but I tried to wash and dry mode to complete in 98 minutes but every time I do that it takes more time to complete but rest all is perfect I made a good decision to buy this combo washer dryer

Ive had this unit for several months now its amazing i love how amazingly fresh the laundry comes out always smelling so good love the AI feature ...pro tip just let it do its thing the extra time is worth it........ I am so incredibly happy with this purchase dry clothes are always completely dry!!!!

It washes and dries and has many settings to choose from. From normal, to towels to AI setting. However, it needs to sit on a pedestal since I basically have to kneel down to put in detergent and softener. Also, every setting seems to take at least 2hr and 30 minutes. I cannot figure out how to shorten the time or how to open the door to take out blouses that I want to air dry.

I never thought laundry would be fun, but with the Bespoke, you throw in the cloths and then choose a setting and bam, its all done. No having to switch between washing and drying it does it all

We are a family of 7. We have only had this unit for 2 months. But we absolutely love it. Its a fame changer!!! In cant say enough great things about it. Supper happy.

It’s everything you could want and more. Easy set up easy use set it and forget it. No more washing clothes just to forget them in the washer and have to wash them a second time. Truly the future is amazing. Ps I am a real person. Pss I know that’s exactly what a non real person would say but I assure you I am human person for sure

The times are longer than stated. It is quiet and we like the idea. However, the timing is off a lot.

Still figuring out if it is worth the money. I can say it is easy to install since no vent is necessary. The hot air used to dry the clothes is condensed to get the water out of it so heated recycled air is reheated to original temp using less energy. That’s good. It’s also nice to do one load from start to finish without moving clothes between washer and dryer. That’s good. The back of the machine sticks out a bit at the bottom requiring a deeper closet. Watch out for rat droppings below machine being replaced even if they are a decade old because the delivery service will not take your old machine if they see any and there is no warning stating this so you end up paying for a service you don’t get.

Love it so far very convenient the ability to leave the house and not have to worry about having to put the load in the dryer

Great laundry machine for our lifestyle. We are an active family and always had problems with forgot to put clothes in the dryer. This is a life changing device! All can be controlled by the app. It is only using 110v therefore drying takes longer than your regular 240v. It really doesn't matter for us because we just load it and forget it.

Total professional service by the 2 men, cleaned and cleared all debris and made sure the appliance worked well.

I bought two of the washer & dryer combos and they have made life so much easier! Laundry is always a hassle to begin with but this makes it much easier to tackle especially since you do not have to remove laundry and put it into the dryer separately. I love the detergent container feature that it comes equipped with so you do not have to manually add detergent to every load. The smartest technology for washers & dryers on the market!

All I can say is WOW! It has made my wife’s life so much easier. It does take up to 3 hours on a large load. We washed a down comforter, and it was completely dry! 4 throw pillows at once and all 4 completely dry. Also check with local power company. Some have rebates.

This machine is a game changer! No more swapping from washer to dryer, control things from your phone, get alerts when your wash is done, I can’t say enough about it! The money alone I’m going to save with less electricity drying and water washing, my old machines were terrible! This will basically pay for itself!
