This machine is awesome. Never have to worry about laundry getting done. Can start washing and drying from anywhere I travel.

Have had this unit about 3 weeks, so far we are very pleased with the unit. While we haven't quite hit the 98 minute mark, even at a bit longer, it still gets the job done and nice not to have to transfer the clothes. Also, nice feature of being able to set-up wash/dry conditions via the app and send to the unit!

Love our all in one washer and dryer, wished that we had purchased before. The washer and dryer does a wonderful job. The only small snag is that it doesn’t dry completely and you have to add additional time, that’s not a problem for us.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This machine is seriously the best washer/dryer I have ever had. Regular loads take less than 2 hours start to finish on the rapid setting, bigger loads around 3-3.5 hours on normal. My clothes come out perfectly dry and so clean. App integration is really easy to maneuver. Overall I recommend!

I really love my Samsung washer/dryer combo! The drying time takes more than the regular dryer but this is not a downside for me. I put my load before going to sleep and I never had my clothes coming out damp the next morning

Does great job washing and drying. Love how AI works to determine length of cycle. Clothes completely dry at end of cycle. Sanitize cycle works wells but takes much much longer to complete. Great washer/dryer combo for small household...

So far it’s amazing. It does all the work for you. Literally just load and press the start button. Washes and Dries on it’s own without any additional human interaction and notifies your phone when the clothes are done.

So far I love this washer/dryer. Works great. Best Buy did great with delivery and customer service. I will say it’s a good idea to have them install it. This is a very heavy machine! I’m very satisfied with the product.

So far this purchase was a wonderful decision. I’ve done 4 loads, including a load of towels and a king size comforter. All came out clean and completely dry. Not having to remember to change the load from washer to dryer is perfect for me and my family

I bought this machine for my sister who has some health issues. She LOVES how easy and convenient it is to do her laundry now. Plus it dries better in less time than her previous unit.

Works absolutely amazing. As long as you’re not worried about doing multiple loads at the same time because it does have a longer dry time due to the installed heat pump

Been having this for about 1 week now and so far so good. Clothes are coming out clean and dry. The only knock on the combo so far is, it takes pretty long for some loads (up to 4-5 hours).

AMAZING!! We have little kids and run the washer and dryer all day long. This new machine is a lifesaver because we used to always forget to switch the laundry which caused us to run it again. This machines finishes the load in the suggested time when starting a cycle. Great purchase!

So far so good on performance. Keeping loads to a suitable size helps with the clothes coming out wrinkled.

Works great and it’s nice that it does everything for you from start to finish. Just wish it could fold the clothes too lol.
