This machine does what it lays out to do, while cutting corners in the process. After every load, no matter the size, all of my clothes/sheets/pants are ridiculously wrinkled. Some of the clothes also will not be completely dry. The front panels of my machine broke almost immediately after purchase as well. I would absolutely not recommend this product!

If you're going to purchase this washer dryer combo, my advise would be to download the samsung shop app and purchase it from there. We were able to Order, purchase insurance, get a pedestal for the unit, have our old appliances hauled away for $15.00 each, installation was free and I was even able to trade in some of my other samsung products for a credit up to $540. You can't go wrong with this type of service!

This was delivered literally 90 minutes ago and I'm already questioning it. To be clear I'm in the middle of my first wash so I can't say anything about it's cleaning ability. But it's got no steam refresh, like at all. It's got steam wash and dry in multiple settings but those are between and hour and a half and 3 hours long. That's a wash, no refresh. Thus is nuts, all their other medium to top of the line dryers have this setting. This is the most advanced and expensive of their products and it doesn't have this simple function that's been around in their line for over a decade. This is something I use multiple times a day. Refresh a shirt I only wore in a video call or the store. Refresh throws for the couch. Fluff up pillows etc etc. I used this function more than actually washing clothes. I'm pretty irritated. The previous dryer that does this is still sitting in my living room and I'm thinking I might like it more. Contemplating this going back.

This unit is a beast. Weights 300 pounds. I haven't had any issues with it. It cleans and drys extremely well. Get the extended warranty.

My wife loves it. It does however take a while to dry the clothes.

This is an overall good washer combo. Very happy with it except for one thing. On high speed spin whenit initially starts speeding the basket wobbles real bad as if off balance then as it speeds up no wobble. When slowing down just as soin is ending it wobbles real bad again as if basket is out of balance. Had geek squad come out and said the machine seemed to have a defect, it was also making a ticking/clicking sound as it spin would slow. A new one was ordered by the tech. The replacememt one was installed this morning. I will give an update after we have used this one for a while.

Love it works great and quiet!! super heavy to move though.

Problems with the connection to the app. I still dont have it connected.

Love this. The best thing since slice bread. You can use your app or your phone to operate.

This thing is garbage! It broke in 13 days. Do not buy.
