I have the same misgivings that others have mentioned such as clothes coming out wrinkled, damp, and smelling mildewed. But my biggest grievance is the ridiculous amount of maintenance that this machine requires (which far surpasses any convenience and time saving that you will gain from not having to transfer your clothes from washer to dryer) It's bad enough that you have to disassemble and clean the multiple piece lint trap after every wash, but what's worse is having to disassemble and clean the multiple piece detergent dispenser and pump EVERY SINGLE TIME before filling the dispenser with detergent!! I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned this in reviews, but it is probably because they aren't even aware they're supposed to be doing these things since Samsung literally doesn't bother to include a manual in the box. So I'm guessing there's a lot of people that haven't been doing these maintenance steps that are going to have major repairs at some point. The only way I found out about any of this was because I started having problems with it, so I searched online for the manual (here is the manual for your convenience - https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202407/20240715104812449/OID74251_IB_T-PJT_WD8000D_7LCD_EN_CFR_MES_240712.pdf). Be warned that there are even more maintenance requirements than those I've mentioned, so be sure to do your homework before purchasing to make sure you are up to the task(s).

Best combo washer dryer out!

Then LG made a better one, which my brother owns. But i was waiting for the Samsung. The screen is awesom. Smartthings integration is perfect. One thing i like over the LG is that the lint filter iss on the front instead of top like LG. I have a slide in section for the washer and the lg wouldnt have had the lint filter accessible. Nothing better than setting the washe and not worrying about drying.

The main reason I picked up this model is that as I don’t have a space for big machines. So fresh smell, I never had clothes smell this clean before. This machine is compatible with a regular 110/120 outlet. It’s a ventless, as long as you have a water hookup and a plug, you're ready to do laundry.
