No extra condensation in our tiny laundry room. The machine has many cycle options. The lint trap has multiple filter stages and works very well.

You can do everything you would with 2 separate products. Plus it has SOOOOO many cycles to choose from . Electricity usage also has mot increased. Waiting for another month to be sure. Also bought 5 yr warranty for insurance.

Dryer spin cycle makes a horribly loud noise like it's about to shake apart. Seems to constantly need detergent added. Takes ~5-6 hours. Called Samsung on the noise. They look for any reason not to support it. Even though I registered it when purchased. Purchased extended warranty through Bestbuy (since new technology at the time) and..shocker...their "free warranty service" is actually not free. They charge you service fee. Throwing it in the trash and going to buy a legit washer AND dryer from a non-electronics store who will stand by their sales.

It took almost a month for the item to be made available, and although I was given a gift card for the inconvenience, I was ultimately forced to arrange pickup myself. As a woman who recently gave birth, this situation placed an unnecessary physical and emotional burden on me and my family. My husband and I had to transport the heavy appliance and carry it up three flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult and unsafe given my postpartum condition. Delivery was expected as part of a reasonable customer service experience, especially for large appliances. While the gift card was appreciated, it did not adequately address the stress, delay, and physical hardship we endured. I believe this situation was handled poorly and would like this matter reviewed for additional consideration or compensation.
