Poor customer service

I communicated through out the waiting for my delivery was told it was on its way. I called at 9pm to see what happened to my delivery was told my delivery was now going to be until next week and I was hung up on. Will never spend my money here again.

I Would Not Recommend This Machine

Both drain pumps needed to be replaced after about 11 months of use and it no longer dries clothes completely in one cycle. A additional and sometimes a 3rd time dry cycle is required. A service tech as been here numerous times to try and repair it.

Not a good purchase

Misleading Load times.

Unless you are willing to spend 5-7 hours waiting for a complete load of laundry to be completed I do NOT recommend.

Not impressed or worth the money

It uses a TON of detergent and softener even when it is set to low. I’ve turned the fabric softener off so it doesn’t use any, and less than 24 hours later it is still empty. Even when it’s been turned off for every load. Trying to use the geek squad support that I paid for is even more difficult. I was really excited about this and I’m very disappointed

Excellent performance washer/dryer

This ventless heat pump washer/dryer is very easy to operate, and on the super speed setting, completes a load in about 1.5 hours. I couldn't recommed it any higher. Considering that this is a ventless heat pump unit, its performance easily stands up to any old school gas or 240 volt electric washer and dryer and uses a lot less energy and does not have an hot air dryer exhaust. There are not disadvantages to owning this unit.

I can't tell you how much of a godsend this unit is not having to switch loads. I initially was afraid that the time it takes to dry would be a problem, but with this unit, you dont have to switch the load, so whenever you get around to checking on the load, it is washed AND dried! If you only have room for one laundry unit, this is so much better than the skinny all in ones in apartments/condos. I also love being texted when the load is done. We used to be able to do 1 load per day. Wash. go upstairs. wait. Go downstairs. Move to dryer. go back upstairs. Wait. 1 load done. With the same number of trips up/down, we can do 4 loads!

I did my smart setup and it was very easy. I ran my first load of clothes in 1:30 Minutes. I opened the unit and the clothes were all dried perfectly. I was super happy and had to post this review right away. I would buy another, if the opportunity ever comes up again. I would recommend this to anyone that has issues moving clothes from the Washer to the Dryer. I am in love with this machine.
