The greatest appliance ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Concept only two drawbacks, one takes extreem time to fully dry & knowing how to use a dryer sheet is a challenge.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. The main reason I picked up this model is that as I don’t have a space for big machines. So fresh smell, I never had clothes smell this clean before. This machine is compatible with a regular 110/120 outlet. It’s a ventless, as long as you have a water hookup and a plug, you're ready to do laundry.

I really like this product! I wouldn't say this is an issue or a drowback but the dry time is actually a bit more than a normal 7+cubic feet capacity dryer.

Amazing! First GE tried it. And made the ugliest washer combo ever. Then LG made a better one, which my brother owns. But i was waiting for the Samsung. The screen is awesom. Smartthings integration is perfect. One thing i like over the LG is that the lint filter iss on the front instead of top like LG. I have a slide in section for the washer and the lg wouldnt have had the lint filter accessible. Nothing better than setting the washe and not worrying about drying.

All good except that it wrinkles clothe after washing and drying.

Incredible product all the way around! Only complaint is that it sits a little low and you almost have to have the lift underneath.

Great machine. Don't have to worry about switching clothes from washing machine to dryer. Machine does it all.

This unit is marvelous!! Put stuff in washer/dryer, select cycle-push go. Door will open when done!!!

Unit is fairly newly designed/engineered. The touch panel functions are easy to use/navigate although could not set to "just dry" time if clothes still damp-frustrating!. Did not try the Wi-Fi capabilities. Load capacity is quite adequate. However total wash/dry time averaged 4 1/2 hrs.-way too long! Bottom detergent/fabric softener dispensers hold large capacity of liquid for many cycles-definitely a plus! Negative-clean top lint trap for dryer always left a slight moisture residue & stickiness, which made it difficult to clean after each cycle. Bottom cylindrical filter (behind detergent dispenser) -always had a fairly small puddle of water discharge when removed to clean! Nearly impossible to use rag/towel to absorb water under pedestal. Unfortunately had to return after 1 month due to negatives.

Works great, delivery was awesome. Love it, throw you laundry in and let it do its thing.

Makes laundry so much easier. Wash and dry in over an hour. Love it!

I've owned this machine for over a year now and I am very disappointed with my purchase. I have the same misgivings that others have mentioned such as clothes coming out wrinkled, damp, and smelling mildewed. But my biggest grievance is the ridiculous amount of maintenance that this machine requires (which far surpasses any convenience and time saving that you will gain from not having to transfer your clothes from washer to dryer) It's bad enough that you have to disassemble and clean the multiple piece lint trap after every wash, but what's worse is having to disassemble and clean the multiple piece detergent dispenser and pump EVERY SINGLE TIME before filling the dispenser with detergent!! I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned this in reviews, but it is probably because they aren't even aware they're supposed to be doing these things since Samsung literally doesn't bother to include a manual in the box. So I'm guessing there's a lot of people that haven't been doing these maintenance steps that are going to have major repairs at some point. The only way I found out about any of this was because I started having problems with it, so I searched online for the manual (here is the manual for your convenience - https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202407/20240715104812449/OID74251_IB_T-PJT_WD8000D_7LCD_EN_CFR_MES_240712.pdf). Be warned that there are even more maintenance requirements than those I've mentioned, so be sure to do your homework before purchasing to make sure you are up to the task(s).

Beautiful combo washer and dryer, i have fallen in love with itsince i got it.

In terms of both appearance and performance, this washing machine definitely seems like it came from the future 22nd century. It is better than any other washing machine I have ever used. Plus, despite being so quiet and almost motionless, it washes clothes incredibly clean without any damage to the fabric. It's the best purchase I've made in the last five years. I am extremely satisfied with it!!
