It didn't last. Customer screwed. No surprise.

Dryer spin cycle makes a horribly loud noise like it's about to shake apart. Seems to constantly need detergent added. Takes ~5-6 hours. Called Samsung on the noise. They look for any reason not to support it. Even though I registered it when purchased. Purchased extended warranty through Bestbuy (since new technology at the time) and..shocker...their "free warranty service" is actually not free. They charge you service fee. Throwing it in the trash and going to buy a legit washer AND dryer from a non-electronics store who will stand by their sales.

It also measures the needed laundry detergent so it's worry free. Con - the dryer does not escape outside so in the summer, using the dryer will raise the temperature but in the winter, it's an extra asset.

The wash/dry cycle on average for our house was 4.5-6 hours. It took way longer than our older washer and dryer used to take. Luckily we were able to return it and continue using our older Whirlpool Cabrio set. The AI feature is a gimmick, don’t waste your money on a washer/dryer combo which bills its ability to show YouTube on the screen as a feature. Also, if you have to return it, you’ll pay $100 to return the item, do not recommend.
