    First time delivered- item was dented and sent back. When delivered 2nd time, unit also had small dents-was not properly installed.

    READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING MOST WERE GOOD SO I DECIDED TO PURCHASE. BIG MISAKE, I PUT IN A LOAD OF JEANS AND TOWELS THAT TOOK 4.5 HRS. REGULAR LOAD OF CLOTHES TOOK A DECENT AMT OF TIME BUT WHAT I DIDNT CARE FOR IS THE FACT THAT YOU OBV HAVE TO STOP THE DRYER CYLCE IF YOU WANT TO ADD DRYER SHEETS.

    After a year of service the washer has failed. It will not drain after the rinse schedule. We will see how good the Best buy warranty is.

    Had it for about 2 weeks maybe 3 and it needed to be serviced. It said it doesnt have an adequate water supply. My water hoses and water pressure is fine.
