Good Machines

The machines are taller than the ones I had previously at home. The digital display looks great, I like the blue color option, and I am enjoying the smart functions it offers. I haven’t used the pet function yet to tell if it really does what it claims it does. My only complaint so far is that when the washer begins to spin slowly right before the water starts to fill up the tank at the beginning of any cycle, the tank bangs lightly on the sides of the machine, but then finds its balance and works just fine. Defect? Normal? I guess we’ll have to contact Samsung customer service to get support on this issue.
