I have bestbuy total membership but it was useless, bestbuy not helpful, samsung not helpful. Washer is just 6month old

Bought best buys 5 year warranty, and they havent honored it after 2 months of trying to get it repaired. Very unhappy with the lack of trying to fix it from best buy. Extended warranty is a joke. This is fraud.

The spin speed is too slow to get enough water out to prevent long drying time. And forget getting pet hair off of anything. It fails at that. In addition it took 2 weeks to get the heavy chemical "new" smell to dissipate some. Product returned.

The message that was left on voicemail was need to adjust delivery not cancel….talked with the representative on the day of delivery and was told the washer didn’t arrive and would need to reschedule delivery. I ended canceling the order. Went online with Lowes….got it cheaper and my washer was delivered in 2 days! Thank You Lowes. Washer works great so far! Love the pet care cycle…..Best Buy has really went downhill the past few years especially with the service and delivery. We have used BB for MANY years but are now thinking we need to go elsewhere to assure we receive the best possible services.

Too many knobs and buttons but not the options I want like a plain extra spin to remove excess water after washing bedding. It doesn’t use enough water to cover the fabrics and the blankets stay on top and the edges curl under. So when it rinses all the crap stays on top of the blanket. It never turns over. After doing the bedding on 4 beds they all did the exact same thing. Terrible! The dryer is just as bad. It never actually dries the fabric until it’s dry. Pockets and waistbands stay damp. Returned both.

We have two dogs and I am impressed with the amount of dog hair that is removed while washing. A lot of our clothes I do not dry in our old washer they would still have dog hair on them. Now to save up to buy the matching dryer.
