First I would like state my last washer was a Samsung and it lasted 13 years with no repairs or problems'. This washer works even better than our last. It cleans our laundry wonderfully. It adjusts the water fill according to load (it also had a deep fill button if you need more water for larger/bulky items i.e. comforters etc.) The washer was purchased during our pets shedding their summer coats preparing for winter...using the pet cycle removed about 75% of pet hair embedded in their blankets and our throws which they like to lay on. The cycles are long but we were used to it from our old washer...however this washer has a quick cycle which also did a great job washing a load. The washer itself is very deep my wife is 5'3" and uses a flat 4 inch high step stool to reach the bottom (our old Samsung was just as deep). It's also very quiet when running in our downstairs laundry room with door open. Hopefully it will last as long as our last Samsung washer. In addition, we also have a Samsung french door center drawer fridge that is 14 years old still runs great no repairs or problems and ice maker(which we use daily year round) went out this year after 14 years. We have been pleased with Samsung products.

I will never ever in my life shop for anything at Best Buy. I had the worst experience and I am still going through it. Best Buy was supposed to deliver my washer and dryer. The installers broke the dryer, dragging it up my driveway and still tried to hook it up without telling me.. I waited and received two failed attempts to deliver the new dryer and install the washer. They finally came seven days later, and installed the washer and dropped the dryer off and did something wrong and caused my second floor, laundry room to flood and I have a huge hole in my ceiling with water pouring from upstairs downstairs into my kitchen. My wooden floors are ruined and so is my kitchen tables from the water. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, I AM UPSET, ANGRY AND MAD!

My family has been really enjoying this washer so far. We normally do at least 1-2 loads a day to keep up, and the large capacity of this machine makes it easier to get more clothes clean in less time. The clothes also seem to be cleaner when they come out and nicer smelling. The washer connects to SmartThings and can be controlled by your phone, I dont do that because I don't see the point when I have to physically go to the machine to put clothes in it anyway, but my partner has been primarily using the app controls and also seems to be enjoying the status updates in the app saying how long is left, which part of the cycle the washer is on, or if the clothes are finished. My one complaint is that being on the shorter side (5'2), I cant always reach the last little things in the bottom of the machine. I sometimes struggle to get a stray sock or wash cloth out and end up just leaving it in until the next load.

This washer works great! It’s got extra filters to trap pet hair and all the techie bells and whistles. It’s huge inside and easily fits my cal king comforters and everything comes out perfectly clean. I love the brushed navy color!

Gets my clothes clean. A bit deep where I cant just lean over and pull clthes out of it, Im 5'4". Cycles are long but I guesscthat is normal now. The two filters work great on the cst hair. Overall I am happy with them.

I've only had this Samsung washer for a month now but it works very well and is quiet. I'm still investigating the different wash modes it has. The tub is very deep and can hold a lot of items including blankets & comforters! I needed to figure out the water fill level as you have to request on the control panel menu or it will seem like not enough water is in the tub. If you are on the shorter side, I'm 5'4", you will need a small step stool to reach down to the bottom of the tub when you empty it. This is minor thing compared to the large capacity this washer offers. Clothes feel, smell and look clean and the spin cycle does a good job getting water out of items before heading to the dryer.

Excellent washer, love the built in pet wash settings, this model has a filter to catch pet hair and lint and it does a great job at trapping it without issue. The spacing inside is great fits multiple large blankets Only issue I found is that it doesn’t seem to be able to connect to my WiFi unless I have a 2.4ghz offer but there may be something I’m doing wrong in the set up

My husband and i were just window shopping when we came upone this washer and mat hing dryer. 1st, i absolutely love the color, when you open the lid you will be very surprised about how VERY large it it. The salesman told us we could wash a queen size comfort in this washer. Our clothes come out so clean. Its the best washer uve ever had! This is a MUST

I absolutely love this washer! I new it was going to be tall before I purchased it, because saw the dimensions, so I use my little stool and dive in to get my clothes. It has so many choices when washing your clothes, but once you figure out what works best for you, it's a dream. I always use quick wash and add extra water and I have no complaints. The pet care does work...as it catches the fur from my babies. Don't forget to empty it...it's easy to forget it's there. The color is gorgeous!

I am most struck by how much capacity this washer has without an agitator to get in the way, yet it cleans as well as other macines I have had with an agitator. I would think not having an agitator would also be gentler on the clothes and help them to last longer. The filters for pet heir work well and helps to remove lint an hair before the clothes get to the dryer. Since my washer is at the far end of my basement, the WiFi connectivity works great to notify me when the cycle is done and it's time to move the clothes to the dryer.

We've only owned this washer for a few weeks but have been impressed so far. It's amazing that only being slightly bigger (cubic feet wise) than our previous washer, that it feels like we can clean so many more clothes in one wash than we could before. My wife is glad we went back to the top loading kind of washer as we had previously has a front loader. The main reason we chose this washer over some of the others (besides this one being on sale) was the "Pet Care Solution". We have a Great Pyrenees and he leaves dog hair on all of our clothes, blankets, etc. The very first thing we did was wash our King Sized Comforter on the "Pet Care" cycle. The short answer is Yes, it does work. The comforter had come out of the washer with less hair on it that washing this in our previous washer...but be realistic, it did not remove all of the hair. Overall, we have been very happy with this purchase.

Only 3 loads in but unit has tons of functions. It has a spacious tub and is incredibly quiet. Transaction was incredibly easy and fast. Was an unused floor model but I am very pleased.

Love the large capacity. Still getting use to all the cycles because they are labeled differently than my last washer. Only time will tell how durable the set is. I expect it to last a long time since I usually only do 2-3 loads a week. It is pretty deep and if you're short, you may have trouble getting the wash out! It is a beautiful set.

From searching online, to seeing it in-person, making the purchase, and having it delivered, I hoped this washing machine would be all it seemed to be. A few weeks in and multiple wash cycles, this unit ranks at the top. Quiet, efficient, and easy to use. It doesn't hurt that it also very stylish. Definitely recommend this one! AAA+++

This is the most efficient working washer that I’ve ever had. I love the features and the large tub that will handle 2 comforters at once! The pet wash feature is wonderful if you have pets. A great washer worth the price!A++++!

This is a lot better than my last machine. I have a dog that sheds everywhere. It’s not perfect but it’s about 85% better than my last washing machine. What I like best is that it has filters inside. Which I thought was only available in Europe. Yes I would recommend this product.
