They should make it a smidge wider so that it can be a smidge shorter lol but love these !!!!! It’s for so many options for wash cycles

So far, so good. It works really well. There is an adjustment to hear it determining the weight of the clothes you are putting in because it does makes a noise which I was unfamiliar with, but I really like it.

Pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Found a model up (better) cheaper at Home Depot after I bought it. They also would not deliver to my home address and Home Depot wood. So I had to use my own pick up to deliver at myself

We really like this machine it’s huge uses little water and the clothes come out clean and not beat up. Wash cycle is a bit long if you are in a hurry it has a “quick mode” still no so quick. This model is like a big commercial washer at the laundry mat.

The installation team did a great job removing the damaged unit and installing this new washer. He even did a rinse and spin cycle to test the water lines and unit. Great job!! Still working on figuring the cycles and settings.

Love the washer. Only thing is that I’m in a dark basement and there is no light on the machine so I need to use a flashlight to see what I’m doing. Other than that, it works great!

I’ve had this for about nine months now and I really love it. The only thing I wish it would do was to remember the last settings that you had. I have to remember to adjust them every time.

Would of been 5 stars but had to tighten the drum nut when I got it as it was loose and wouldn’t complete a cycle. The drum would excessively shake. After that it’s been flawless.

I really like this washer and it ability to handle large loads. The height of it is the only issue for me since I am a shorter person. I have trouble getting clothes out at the end of the cycle

I love that the washer is efficient and it is able to detect the amount of water to use. The special bedding setting helps a lot with my heavy comforters and water resistant bed cover

I have been using my washer machine for the last five months and I have not had a problem cents has been washing my clothes very good.

Works like a washer should. Only downfall we’ve seen is coming from a front load washer it seems more so the clothes on bottom have to be rewatched from the draining water leaving residue.

It is huge. Much bigger than my previous washer. It holds lots of clothes. Works well. Quiet. The water level is over the clothes when you press "Deep Fill". Love it.

Had problems with firts unit that came in. Talked with Best Buy customer service and was replaced in a timely manner. New washer works really well. Very pleased with the product and Best Buys service.

Very quite and efficient. Many features that I did not expect to use but have come to use them more than I thought. I have always had luck with Samsung and so far this product has not been disappointing.

I've had this washer for almost 2 weeks and it's working out great so far. I did read the manual a couple of times to ensure I had a thorough understanding of how to work it. Glad that I decided to give it a try!

I bought this to replace my Samsung front load washer that broke. It's a very nice washer, very large as most reviews have said. However it really does not clean clothes well, even with a small load. It also uses much more water compared to my old Samsung front load. For the money I wish I would have just bought an off brand washer because I am not impressed at all with this model. Wish I could return it.

This washer is awesome. It's fast and efficient. It has many different cycles and works great. It is a little taller than other washers, so be sure to measure first if you have shelving above it.

This washer works amazingly!!! I love the options it offers, especially the steaming option. I'm all about saving electricity and this dryer helps a lot!!!

The only downfall I found so far is you need a pedestal in order to reach the bottom of the washer unless she got super long arms.
