It does seem to take much longer for some loads than my front loader did. Don't buy if your are short, it is impossible to reach the bottom of the bowl when taking clothes out of washer.

We purchased this Samsung. It takes longer to do a load of laundry than our old washer and it does not seem to clean as well as our old washer.

Clothes are not getting clean. It took several attempts and hours to get a hold of geek squad. Best Buy will only attempt to fix the washer and not replace it even though it is with a week of use. Stay away from this product and dont rely on Best Buy or geek squad to provide support. Go elsewhere.

Terrible product

Washer was making grinding noise the first time I used it. Called Best Buy and they replaced the washer. The second washer did the exact the same thing. Called Samsung customer service to get assistance, they suggested a recalibration. I did that twice to no avail. Samsung wanted to send out a technician for a brand new product? Where is Samsung's quality control? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Returned for a refund.
