I bought this from the BestBuy Outlet. It did not work. Called the store and was insulted by the salesman who said it doesnt require much knowledge to install a washer! The nerve. Had their tech guys come do the installation and...ot doesn't work. I returned it. Spent a few dollars more and the new one will be here soon.

Its November 24, 2022, approximately 2 1/2 years after I purchased this unit and I am having major UNBALANCE ISSUES (UB) the machine. Do not purchase this model.

Do not purchase this washer!!! We ordered it and on the first wash it made a loud noise. It sounded like the "purge". Then bb replaced it with another new one and with in days the noise started again.... we were done no more Samsung. Samsung should stick to making cellphones not washers!!!

Just arrived. Not working. Trying to do a return or service but the web site gives it a run around. More upset with Best Buy than anything else.

I personally don’t like buying things that don’t work. No w I have to date another day off in order for a new one to be delivered. The load sensor did t work properly.

Having issues with the set. Not sure if it was damaged during delivery but does not work very well. I will be calling Best Buy to switch out this set.

This washer has a loud grinding noise during wash. Very poorly designed washer. I had 2 of these things delivered and both had the same issue. Terrible quality control at Samsung!!! I ended up getting another model. Get your act together Samsung!!!

I purchased this washer July 22nd 2022 worked two weeks and I've been having problems out of it ever since pay for extended warranty and still my washer is not fixed

Doesn’t move the laundry around effectively. Some parts of laundry wasn’t even wet after cycle. Clothes didn’t smell fresh after washing. We ended up exchanging our Samsung washer and dryer set for an LG set.

Only had it for two weeks before we had to call Samsung repair. They were nice and sent someone. They repaired it, we will see if this works.

The 54R7200 has been a thrill to use so far. First the features/cycles: This washer has a wash setting for literally anything you can think of. A replica baseball jersey? Use the active waterjet along with a toothbrush to work out stains before using the delicate cycle wash it. A heavy comforter that your dog had an accident on? Use the pre-soak feature while using the heavy duty wash cycle to wash the odor and stain right out. Work clothes that you completely forgot you needed to wash and you have work in a few hours? Throw them in and put it on quick wash to get them as clean as they would be on a normal cycle in a lot less time. Something that I really love about this washer is the fact that it uses just the right amount of water for the job. There’s no dial or button you have to press to try to guess how much water you need to wash the load as the machine balances and decides how much water is needed to clean what’s in it and so far it’s been great with determining how much water is just enough for the job. Next I love how you can customize any wash to your liking. If you feel like you need the load to get extra rinse cycles you can choose up to 5 to occur during the wash cycle, 5 different temperature settings between cold and hot makes it easy to choose just how much warm/hot water you may or may not need, and the soil button is a nice feature that gives you 4 different options to choose from in terms of how soiled you believe the load is. The deep fill feature is nice just in case you do want extra water to fill the tub so your load can soak a bit more. Bonus features that I I think are absolutely amazing is that the digital display shows you exactly how much time is left on your cycle and the washer is so quite that you barely hear it running at all, even when it’s filled to almost max capacity. Normally I like to find at least one negative whenever I review anything but so far I can’t name a thing not to like about this washer. Great job Samsung!

Love it! I can wash my comforter at home will buy it again

This is a nice washer HOWEVER - because of the constant UNBALANCED problem - it takes all day to finish one load! When it works, it is fine - but I just couldn't take it anymore, constantly having to re-arrange the clothes - even sheets! I had to get rid of it! This one doesn't have an agitator so that also exposed some issues. FYI - it wasnt overloaded - but why build a 5.4 CuFt washer if it can't handle the load?!

Our experience with this washer has been very positive. My only real complaint is having to turn on the panel power before selecting a setting and the extended music at the end of the cycle gets a bit redundant. Very minor inconveniences though. This saves water, and a lot of it. This translates into also saving electricity when drying because your clothes are drier than older traditional washers. In Portland, our water bill is about $100 monthly, so you'll save money too. I've found my clothes to be clean each and every time. I haven't found myself having to do as much prep cleaning either - with spray n wash or other cleaners. We use less soap too. It's been a great washer so far.

Junk. Every load is unbalanced and after reading all of these reviews, I see that I'm not the only one. My 1 thousand dollar washer is 4 years old and is now unusable. I can't see myself ever buying samsung again!

I purchased this a little less than 3 years ago. It is now broken and to get it fixed cost almost the same as purchasing a new one. I like the washer but they don’t make them to last like they used to

FOR THE PAST YEARS I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. THIS SAMSUNG WASHER IS THE WORST, GAVE OUT AFTER 1 YR WITH THE UNBALANCE ISSUE. LOOKED ONLINE AND IT SEEMS IAM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THAT PROBLEM. IT JUST SEEMS THAT I HAVE TO PURCHASE APPLIANCE AFTER A YEAR OR TWO.. THINKING OF CHANGING TO OTHER BRANDS..

I'm very disappointed in this washer. My clothes never seem to get as clean and it goes off balance all the time. I've had it for 3 years, and now it's constantly off balance and the rods need replaced. It would cost me about $500 to fix it so at this point, I feel forced to purchase a new machine. My last washer lasted for 10 years. I will not purchase one like this again.

Purchased this washer in March. Everything works well EXCEPT the water temperature for the Normal cycle. Exceptional Geek Squad repair person (she has repaired appliances for us in the past) came out twice. Apparently this washer was programmed to dispense only cold/cool for this cycle. Luckily, I can wash my towels, that I like to wash in warm, on another cycle and adjust the "default" settings as I need.
