Whenever I was polyester pants especally dark colored ones. They come out with steaks of marks that look like foot scuffs on them. Sometimes I have to wash them 3 times to get them clean. I tried running the clean washer cycle and it does not solve the problem. I wish I could return this item, however, it has been to long to return. Bottom line if you want your clothes cleaned the first time to buy this washer.

Won't do a basic load of towels or sheets anymore, as if the drum has broken loose after only 4 years. Tried everything on the Samsung website and still won't work.

So it keeps filling up with water, draining and tries to spin again then repeats. Washer moves all around making banging noises. Have to babysit it. Takes hours to complete a wash. Called for a repair and was told they don’t work on these models. Said they are dangerous and advise to stop use immediately. Had this washer for two years and now have purchase a new one. Definitely not a Samsung.

Worst Washing Machine EVER

You have to do the highest settings to get anything clean. Every load knots all of the laundry together so you have to spend time unknotting it before you can dry or hang it. Bring back the old agetators.

Samsung Top Loading Washer is Unbalanced

Wouldn’t purchase again

Shows an unbalanced load every time after the spin cycle now and start dumping more water on to the clothes. It’s a never ending nightmare

Sadly, I went by the reviews when I purchased this machine. We've had it a little over a year (imagine that, just out of warranty). The springs on the washer are junk---it is unbalanced and is violently banging during every wash. There are four springs total. EACH ONE COST over $75! So $300 in parts alone to fix it. This washer SUCKS!!! No help from customer service.

Don't Waste Your Money

I called the service number right away on June 20th, and was told that someone would be out to repair it 3 days later (June 23rd). That appointment was cancelled via Service Quick the day before the anticipated servicing date (June 22nd). After spending another 3 hours on the phone trying to get another appointment, we were told by Samsung directly that we could have it fixed two days later (June 24th). This was followed by a confirmation that it could be serviced on July 1st. This is absolutely unacceptable that a washer THIS EXPENSIVE stopped working after not even three full loads of laundry. Maybe Samsung should stick to cell phones and TV's.

Really doesn't clean well at all

Not a chance. The machine constantly shows Ur, which is like 'irregular' and goes off mode from spin to rinse by itself. Sometimes a cycle takes 3-5 hours instead of the machine taking the 57 minutes promised. I don't know much about appliances so I was forced to research what I could then visit BB for help from their sales team. The advice they gave me to buy this machine was terrible. I wish I could give it back tomorrow and buy a new washer at Costco. They stand behind their brands. I do NOT recommend this product. I think that BB will try to block this review from their site. If they do, I will force the issue and contact Consumer Affairs of FL.

Just like other reviews, every load I wash I get an "unbalanced" error. The tub fills with water over and over again extending the washing time by hours unless I physically stop the load. I tried large loads and small loads, same issue. I am now on hold with best buy to hopefully get rid of this machine!!! I did my homework and thought I picked a great machine, trust me, stay away!
