The whole process of purchasing and having my washer and dryer installed was seamless. My Geek Squad representation was prompt, thorough and taught me how to use all the features. Excellent range of settings and customizations for our household’s variety of laundry needs. The set is relatively quiet—no excessive noise throughout the house. This model has the ecostar and high efficiency ratings/settings. I also had a discount from being registered with Best Buy as a student, which is what initially led me to choose Best Buy instead of purchasing the same model from another retailer.

Definitely meets our needs with options for all types of loads. Capacity size allows us to wash fewer loads weekly. Would recommend purchasing!

this product has plenty of room for more washing and with out the agitator makes it spacious for loading and cleaning

This is a great washer, with a ton of capacity for handling larger loads. We upgraded from a 2.2cf stackable system to this one... and this just seems so MASSIVE in comparison to the old one. It takes on bid loads with ease and it washes really well. We are also very impressed with how quiet it is to operate. Although we wish it was front-loading (to match the dryer to bought), we are delighted with the size and the design of this washer. Additionally, we were told that top-loading washers are more dependable and reliable that front-loading (so we hope this is true).

Good quality and the price is good. It just that there are a big dent at the bottom. Still work good, i dont mind the dent.

Large tub is great for washing blankets. Only complaint is it can be hard to reach socks and smaller items at the bottom of the tub as I am short.

These machines have are very easy to install and use. The top load produces nice smelling clothes. I love the look of my laundry room.

So far so good. This is my second Samsung washer. The first one lasted 11 years and still looked brand new.

over all it, is good but it could use more water to run better. Have the clothes are above the water line.
