Don't bother; call this SHAKE RATTLE & ROLL

It is balanced, but with any amount of clothing it shakes horribly in the spin cycle. EVEN on the lowest spin with just a few shirts and pairs of sweat pants. The service tech said it is an 'aggressive' machine and finding the issue could take a long time and would require ripping it all apart. He suggested I just pick out something else. Also, if you are 5'2" purchase a step stool to go with this washer if you dare to buy it. You cannot reach the bottom if the drum without one...

Calling Samsung sometimes takes over an hour. Chatting with someone is useless. When we reach a human, we can’t understand them.We are waiting for someone to check it out.

However, with laundry room doors closed, hallway door closed I can still hear this thing clearly 40 feet away. Much louder than my previous Samsung washer, or any washer I have ever heard. Maybe it would be best if in a basement. 2 stars for esthetic.

It took to long to wash sometimes over an hour. And the height of the washer made it difficult to get all the clothes at the bottom. I had to use a step stool. I returned them for LG front loaders.

The Samsung-authorized repair service charges non-refundable $140 before they are willing to even take an appointment. You can guess why. (As you can imagine those kinds of business models.) We threw away the junk box and are now looking for something other than Samsung. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere -- other than Samsung.
