The Samsung-authorized repair service charges non-refundable $140 before they are willing to even take an appointment. You can guess why. (As you can imagine those kinds of business models.) We threw away the junk box and are now looking for something other than Samsung. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere -- other than Samsung.

A medium sized load of laundry can take 2 to 3 hours. The system will say that it's imbalanced and rinse and spin several times. Even if you just select a spin cycle, it will rinse and spin again. Our water and electricity bill has increased drastically since owning a Samsung washer. DO NOT BUY from them. The service technician says he spends more time repairing Samsung than other brands.
