So far this machine has been awesome. Washes a load of clothes in no time . The automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser has already saved us money by putting just the right amount of both in a load , instead of completely filling a tray every load . And the WiFi functionality is an awesome addition.

I decided to try a top loading washing machine and the Samsung 5.5 Cu. Ft. smart, high efficiency washer is a beauty. It has many settings to handle wash exactly the way you want, and you have access to smart features with your smart phone. Very cool and love the gold trim and black glass lid.

The installers did not check for leaks, and the washer began leaking from the very first day. We didn’t see it right away because the water was seeping through the wall behind the machine. After about 10 days, the water finally made its way through the floor and into the ceiling of the room below. By then, the damage was extensive

Just don’t buy from BestBuy, you might receive the worst buying experience ever like us. So BestBuy hire these no-uniform, no-BestBuy logo, third party contractors to deliver and install your appliances. They unloaded our washer with front end facing the dolly, causing 2 big dents before installation. I asked the guy and he said: “just call BestBuy, they will get you a replacement or a discount!” And he refused to take the washer back. After the installation we found out the hot and cold water hoses were installed incorrectly, so the washer will not start to run! I called BestBuy to addressed these issues, the girl over the phone told me that they’re sorry and will arrange for replacement as soon as possible, this was nine days ago, I did not receive any phone calls from them, no emails, no nothing! We spent over two grand for the washer and dryer combo that we can’t even use because of the unprofessional installation, and these guys they just don’t care!!!

It’s a good washer, expected more from Samsung. I own lots of Samsung items. The washer never shows the soap and softener amount set, so to be sure you will need to press again your preferences. The clothes even on the maximum quantity of soap and softener doesn’t smell like you use it, even on small loads. For towels like 6 medium size it never covers all with water, it is supposed to sense the load, so you will have to press the deep fill option which then will take you to a full fill and waste of water at the end. One question, my washer has no agitator but zI still place items all around inside, but after spin it’s all over washer, it’s the same if I just through clothes inside? Thanks for your answer. Above all I recommend the product, still a Damsung

Things I love about this washer: large basin with no center piece, quiet and the smart features. It is easy to learn how to use. The autofill for detergent and softener are convenient if you want to use them. I use Tide Pods, so using the app, I shut off the detergent one. Connecting to the app was simple...the scan code is right on the machine! This was a fantastic upgrade from what I had and I am very pleased! Also, I have bought appliances elsewhere in the past. I only go to Best Buy now because the product choice is great and the delivery is also great....a very important part of getting new appliances!

The Samsung 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer in ivory offers an impressive feature set: the Auto Dispense System reliably meters detergent, and the smart-cycle options make laundry day nearly effortless. During the three months I owned it, clothes came out clean and fabric-soft every time. Unfortunately, the washer broke down just after three months of typical use. On the plus side, Samsung’s warranty support was top-notch—their service team scheduled a repair quickly and had a technician at my home within days. The issue was resolved under warranty free of charge, which was a relief. Overall, this washer performs well when it’s working, and Samsung stands behind their product. However, the premature failure leaves me hesitant to fully recommend it without reservations.

The Samsung machine is beautiful and I love it, but I'm not sure yet if its beauty matches its functionality. I selected 30mins watch time the first time to test it, but it appears the clothes were not clean as expected, so I repeated it using the 56mins. I was still not satisfied so I opened the soap (liquid) dispenser and found that the soap was full. It appeared not to have been dispensed. The soap dispenser is still full till today, so I started to add soap directly to the laundry and the laundry now clean better. So, I'm not sure if I'm missing anything/doing something wrong or if the dispenser doesn't function properly.

This washer is perfect, quiet, measures the laundry detergent automatically, saves on water, capable of doing very large loads including king size comforters. Would definitely recommend this washer to anyone!!!

This washer seems to exhibit excellent build quality. It does a great job in getting things clean and it's quiet during operation. The unit is very attractive and easy to use. I am pleased.

I recieved my machine today and I’ve already done my laundry. Nice and quiet ,deep inside and it plays a melody at the end of each wash. 10/10 recommended!

This washer works great. The rose gold color, which is a little different than other washer colors, is way I bought the washer.
