Best washer ever! It does the job and best thing you can fit big loads

Very happy with this machine. A great performer. Purchased this along with the matching dryer (DVE55CG7500E). This washer is very quiet and does an excellent job with cleaning. Love the Auto Dispense System. Fill up the compartment and machine releases the correct amount of detergent to match the size of the load your washing. I like the “Colors Cycle”. Washer adds enough water to move the clothes around. No need for the “Deep Fill” option. Normal and quick wash cycle do a great job in cleaning. Was looking at the new LG top loaders. But the controls were very confusing. The control panel on this machine is very user friendly. Very pleased with my selection of this matching Washer & Dryer.

The wash tub is huge! Fits all of my bedding in one go! Incredibly quiet . Love the automatic detergent dispenser. Definitely an upgrade

Excellent Washer, Quick wash, and bedding all you really need. It is very quiet, tried some LG washers that had a very high-pitched noise. So if you have the same problem get this washer. Only unbalance problems I have had is with heavy bedding or pillows. All I had to do is readjust and it's fine. It could drain a little more water out of the clothe but otherwise fine.

Love this washer, holds laundry soap, and softener, and auto dispenses. Only need to fill every couple weeks, and wash daily. Easy to use, looks nice, large capacity, recommend! Actually bought another for my daughter.

The Samsung washing machine looks fantastic with its modern, sleek design, but my experience hasn’t been smooth. The initial unit had spotty performance right from the start, which led me to contact Best Buy. Thankfully, they quickly set up a replacement and handled the process well. However, even with the replacement, I continue to get a PC (clutch motor) error when starting a new load. The only temporary fix is unplugging and replugging the machine, which has become frustrating. While I appreciate Best Buy’s quick response, I expected better reliability from a premium brand like Samsung. ⸻ Pros • Sleek, modern design that looks great in any laundry room • Quiet operation when it works properly • Best Buy handled the replacement quickly and smoothly Cons • Ongoing PC (clutch motor) errors on startup • Requires unplugging/replugging to reset frequently • Reliability hasn’t matched expectations for the price

The almond color and trim looks great in the house and better than on the showroom floor. The old Samsung washer did not have a variable water level and no soaking option which was definitely an issue with my wife. This new washer has the Active Water Jet and Deep Fill feature. My wife really likes these features and praises the deep fill capability. Slanted top is not good, but prevents clutter. The Deep Fill capability makes the washer a five star in this family.

I love my new Samsung top load washer. It's very efficient, large load, and the auto dispense system makes it very convenient for the softener and detergent for every wash without the hassle of putting them manually each time.

You can wash bulky Items (Comforters, blankets). It's quiet you don't even realize it on till you hear the beep.

This is a fantastic washer. Does everything we need, has a huge capacity so a king sized comforter fits with room to spare, and it's very quiet.

This washer matches the Samsung dryer and the main reason we purchased it. It has a huge capacity and looks great but there are some things we don't like about it: The drain flow is fixed and can't be changed. The GE washer we had before this one drained just fine with no issues. The Samsung washer drains really fast, in fact, too fast for my drain to keep up. I have a 1.5 inch PVC drain and I had it 'snaked' by a plumber to see if there was any clogs in my drain system and there weren't any. The plumber told me that the newer washer drain really fast and older houses can't keep up. Why didn't the engineers at Samsung make a variable drain system to allow the consumer to set it at a flow rate their drain system can handle? In addition, the display panel is very confusing. We wanted to just spin the clothes and nothing else. When we selected 'Spin Only' it still filled with water to rinse. I didn't want to rinse, only spin.

laundry can be boring but this new color is so much better than plain white or dark stainless. the rose gold trim is an extra bit of fun in a normally bland appliance
