Best Washer In the World

Bad auto detergent dispenser

Causing the detergent to be diluted. The first washing machine did this and Best Buy swapped me out with a new one. The new one did this also. SO now Samsung is sending a repair man out to try and fix it. So we shall see.

The automatic detergent system on this washing machine model is designed to use water to flush detergent into the tub at specific times during the cycle. A small amount of residual water in the dispenser after a wash can be normal. However, the detergent compartment should not continuously fill with water while the washer is idle or dilute detergent before a cycle begins.
Since this behavior has occurred on two machines, having a technician evaluate the unit is the right next step. Our service team will inspect the water inlet valve, dispenser housing, and siphon assembly to ensure each component is operating as designed.

Huge drum and amazing results

I had a front loader for over 10 years and went back to a top load. It took some getting used to but this washer is amazing! You can fit your whole house in there!

Love it but can be a little noisy

I fill it a few times a month and it holds so many loads. This washer has a big drum, I’m 5’ 3” and I have to tippy toe it to get to the bottom back sometimes. Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s all new washers these days; but when the drum was full and would turn, you can hear a noise. That’s my only complaint about this washer. Other than that I love it.

Didn't realize I was overusing detergent. Definitely a great purchase and worth it. Also great to have the app on my phone show me when loads are complete when i'm away

This has made it so much easier when washing multiple loads.

It is taking a little bit to get used to all the bells and whistles but the dryer is everything we expected and wanted. After having to switch washer/dryer because we finally have natural gas now, I was reluctant to give up my 31 year old Maytag that worked very well but these have worked very well and we are very happy.

Family loves it and its perfect for my family size of 6 with range of kids ages from 6 to 18 years old. Wash clothes pretty good and we love rhe Alexa notifications when it is done washing as sometimes we are really busy with the kids and other chores. Higly recommended.

Ive had a Samsung front load before and thought it was great!! This seems better!!! It spins the clothes first to get the weight of the laundry..then it fills up..not having to put laundry detergent in or softner each time is a plus!!!
