    After purchase the kitchen set everything work great except for this stove one burner didn’t work brand new stove and they sent someone to fix which he have no clue what he was doing

    Terrible experience, the delivery person said he couldn’t remove my old stove. Removal was paid in full. He stated he couldn’t get the old one disconnected. He left the new stove in my living room. When my husband came home after a long day at work, he had to disconnect the old stove and we pushed it into the back yard. Which is where it sat for 3 days, when the delivery man said he would get it the next day. Completely unsatisfied with the whole delivery, for that I will never shop at Best Buy again.

    The heat from the oven is already deforming the touch screeen display within a month of purchase. Very poor design the heat from the oven exhausts right under the touch screen

    When i turn the burner on it makes a very strange noise, i requested an exchange but Best Buy has no other in stock.

    Right from start it did not go well We have been a customer with Best Buy and purchased over years several items TVS appliances etc Even though the prices were the same with every other outlets here we did a mistake of buying from you. From now we will think three times before we buy anything from you. Quality value and ease of use being the same where ever we buy from, it is the installation support is a differentiator and we had a HORRIBLE experience with that

    Owned this stove for 21 days and it stop working Contacted best buy and they said that i had to contact Samsung Talked to Samsung and they told me someone from Philips electronics will be contacting me in 48hrs; 7 days later I called and they said it would be another 21 days before they could get out to look at it

    When it was working it threw off to much heat into the room! Now it will not even ignite, can not use oven! Will not light to cook??? Now Best Buy will not allow me to return it? WHY?

    Samsung airfryer oven goes out every year for repa

    If I could give 0 stars I would this oven has been a total nightmare. It goes out every year this year it went out twice now I am out of warranty and bestbuy never would replace this item because it was repairable this is a total rip off oven stopped working three times in three yrs this being the third time and the stove top stopped working once also DON'T BUY IT!!!

    We ordered this oven 4 years ago and have had to have a service person come out twice to fix the same problem. The part that keeps malfunctioning has to be ordered by you, and tales time to arrive. If you buy this oven be SURE ro get the Warranty protection!

    Purchased my oven 2 1/2 years ago and was happy with it. Now have spent $250.00 in the last 2 weeks. Now they say it needs 2 more parts a control board and ignighter. This will now cost $800 to $900.00 to repair. Not so happy now. Don’t buy Samsung!!!
