Switched from electric to gas and I hope to never to back! I love to cook and this range met all of my expectations. I had been watching this range for almost a year through several retailers. Best Buy offered the lowest price on Black Friday so I finally pulled the trigger. The oven is huge! Not only does it preheat super fast, I can fit two frozen pizzas on the same grate which is awesome. Comes with a few cool accessories like a two sided griddle, a wok ring, and oven thermometer gadget. Cook top cleans up easily. Was also highly rated on Consumer Reports.

Read many reviews before purchasing this slide in range. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Looks amazing and does what it is supposed to.

Went from an electric stove to a gas. And was the best decision! SO easy to use. Works better and cooks better! Love the functions of this stove. The touch pad screen makes it 100 x nicer!

This samsung slide in gas range is great looking and works great. Got this range for an amazing price (display unit/open box) and have no complaints so far. Convection oven works well. Gas burners work great. Griddle takes a bit long to warm up fully but not a big deal. The touchscreen display in front is nice and modern touch. I like the vent in the back of the stove which exhausts hot air up (instead of out towards you on freestanding ranges), this one pushes it right up into the over range vents(microwave or hood) if you have them.

With different size burners, clear controls, ease of operation and well thought out accessories, this range is top of the line in my book.

We always liked how a gas stove cooks. This one is very good. Looks good..no dials against the back wall. Best buy matched price, good delivery people and got $35 towards next purchase.

This is a beautiful unit and the stove top and oven work lovely. My only hesitance is that there is no clear instruction on how to clean the stove top grill which obviously requires special handling. If any other buyer's have some further insight, I would appreciate your input on grill maintenance.

this is my first gas range and i love it! i love the way it cooks, i love the way it looks, it is easy to clean. i will be buying another for a remodel on another home.

I hate cooking on glass top electric ranges. It is too difficult to control heat and food ends up sticking to bottom or burning even when on low and simmer. After researching Gas ranges I decided on the Samsung NX58K9500. I ordered it from Best Buy Web site because it was $700.00 than other stores. We expected delivery in 7 days but we're pleasantly surprised when we were told to pick it up 2 days after ordering. We converted from gas to LP with parts supplied. The instructions were good and the flames were good with a little adjustments. I love the black stainless steel and the cast iron grates make the stove look and feel high quality. I was anxious to try cooking on the cast iron griddle and was not dissapointed with perfectly browned grilled cheese for our first lunch. Forget the wok ring and buy a flat bottom wok it is much more stable and closer to flames. The oven preheat is much faster than electric the convection bake is very nice although the fan is a little noisy. The only con I can see is the knobs do not light to indicate when burners are on. The blue indicator light feature comes with the duoflex but not with this model.

Great product so far and very easy to keep clean. I love the large burner with the concentric nozzles as the provide excellent heat control.

Upgraded from electric stove. The wife loves this thing. Great stove heats of fast (compared to induction stove we had) Wife seem to thing everything cooks more evenly. She cook everything from full meals, breads, pies, cakes and she has not had a complaint yet. I only wish we could lower the stove a bit more, we installed tile flooring which raised the floor height so the stove is just a bit higher that our countertops.

The stove works great. Still figuring out all the settings, but things like setting the clock, timer, piece of cake. Fingerprints galore on the touch screen panel so I keep a soft clean cloth nearby so I don't obssess. We had a great granite full backsplash that was covered up by our old non-slide in stove - it looks much better now. There was a small gap in the back but a piece of painted black aluminum strip filled it in just perfect. We also used clear silicone strip on the sides between the stove lip and the counter, just to prevent anything running down the side. Really love this stove!

This is a good stove and has performed well since installation. Got the stove at a good price and satisfied with the the product. Not satisfied with the best buy install service. We explained to the customer service rep what needed to be done (gas line extension, existing electric stove was being replaced) and they assured us they would do the work including pull permits. This was not the case. Best buy needs to educate their service reps better so they can inform the customers better about what they can and cannot perform.

This stove looks great in your kitchen, highlighting your backsplash with its low profile, and the full cast iron grill is great for cooking. Big-solid knobs to control temp, and the Touch screen is nice because the lights turn off when you are not using it, and there are no indentions from pushing buttons. The temps of the burners are higher than a standard stove so you can cook faster and more efficiently. Overall, its a little more pricey than some stoves but cheaper than most luxury stoves, and this has all the feel of a luxury stove for middle tier home chefs. Love it!

Love the looks, easy to clean, has a true built in look, was delivered by a great team and on time. Very pleased. Best stove ever.

Have not had this for very long, but so far it is fine. Takes a little while to get used to the digital screen control panel. The stainless steel top is a little hard to keep clean. The grates are heavy and you have to wait quite a while for them to cool down before you can clean the stove. Comes with large griddle pan for middle burner but it is soo heavy I probably will not use it. Also comes with a cast iron ring for a wok, don't have wok so will not use. Bottom warming drawer seems very flimsy, haven't used it yet. Like the continuous grate on top so pans don't tip.

This is Fantastic everything i was looking for ... it looks fantastic and works the BEST

I initially purchased the chef collection range (9950 model), but then replaced that one with this one after the price dropped. Having used both the 9950 and 9500 model, I can definitely recommend both, but especially this one. If the price difference is small go for the chef collection, but the differences between them are so small, this one is great. The power burner is plenty strong on this for stir fry is a 16 inch round bottom wok. Oven works great for baking too

Since I got this item, I loved it. It goes with everything in my kitchen, It looks elegant and it is very easy to clean.
