The stove is beautiful and works really nice. I feel it worth every penny.

I have always had gas stoves, so bear that in mind. This stove does exactly what it is supposed to. The oven is amazing and cooks everything to perfection. The stovetop works well and boils water fast, but it is almost impossible to keep clean. After a month it has a couple spots that look almost like the glass is bubbled inside. Not sure what that is caused by and it doesn't affect how well it works, it just looks bad.

This is a high end oven at a lower price point than many other Samsungs. The appearance is sleek and the oven seems to work well so far.

This range has an incredible amount of features. It has been performing well. I am completely satisfied so far.

Very rarely do I rate anything as excellent, simply because nothing is perfect. Although, we both love this stove. It works and does all it says and more. Be aware of course if you have never used a confection oven, it cooks 25 to 30% faster than a conventional oven. Also, the tech team that delivered, installed and removed our old oven were Fantastic! Informative, on time, communicative and efficient.

I love glass top stoves - yes they take time to get used to them as they heat differently that regular stoves, but after using both, this is the only way to go and this new stove has everything I could ask for in a glass stove stove.

I like the stove but there is a defect in the glass top Samsung wouldn't do anything but Best Buy made good on it and is replacing it.

Easy to use. Love all the features. Also like that I can choose between convection and non-convection baking.

We were happy to finally get a new electric range to replace the unit that was in the home when we purchased it. We had heard that the surface can get dirty and hard to clean, but we've not had any difficulties. We did buy Cerama Bryte - Cooktop Cleaning Kit to help out. Still learning how to use the convection oven option, but it has made some cooking slightly quicker.

Bought this oven as part of kitchen remodeling package. The installation was rather easy. Needed to order the electrical cord as it doesn't come with one. First time use was good the burners worked as expected. Some reviews stated it was slow to heat up pots or pans and I find that to be true. Slower than the 20 year old stove I replaced. The burners seem to cycle on an off which was different than what I was expected. The burner configurations are also strange. Bigger burners up front smaller in the back. Since it's this way the front burners are slower to cool down and remain hot for quite a bit of time. There's no real indicator as to which burner is still hot so you don't really know. I've burned myself a few times already. Takes some time to get used to. The surprised came when I used the oven. The top from oven door gets really hot and heats up the door handle. We called Samsung and they said it is as designed. They vent the oven air out the front and it gets REALLY HOT. Samsung said to use oven mits when opening door. Thought that was poor customer service as I didn't think opening the door should require me to do that every time I'm using it. As for glass top, as some other reviews stated. It's a bit challenging to clean. It requires a strong arm to get burnt food residue off.

I love this range, it's beautiful and it works well. I'm not a fan of ceramic top as I grew up with gas, but there wasn't much of an option for that down in Florida. Couldn't be happier with it.

Was debating between this and LG and this was definitely the better choice. It is a great upgrade over my old stove and works great. The price I got it for was also a plus

This stove is Great, it is very attractive set up with the cook in mind. I Love the dials set up on the back and out of the way and the Large burners in the front for the heavier pots.

Initially it looked great though the enamel white top is peeling and something stained the burner element that is not coming off with the special cleaner. I will have to contact the manufacturer, I can't imagine what spilled .

Have found, as others had commented in their reviews, that the stove top burner temperature controls do not actually adjust beyond High and what I'd say is Medium Lo. Very poor range of adjustment.

Good range, lots of options on the board. Gets up to temperature fairly quickly.
