It is hard to maintain to keep it looking good. Sugary spills need to be immediately wiped off, or it "pits" the glass. But, I love the oven cubic capacity and the fact that food bakes faster than a conventional oven. Will always get a convection type from now on.

However, underneath the control panel on the back where the vent is, it is bare metal, and not black. When looking at it from a distance it gives a silver color where everything else is black. It is minor, and I mentioned it to my wife and she told me I was crazy. But now since telling her about it, she is also annoyed by it. Yes it is minor, but they could have done better.
