Everything is in working order. They were especially pleased with the speed of the delivery, the set-up, and the removal of their old stove. The delivery men were competent, quick, and courteous.

There was no gas line into the house, and had to go with electric--it is a rent house. This was purchased as part of an appliance package, and the only (biggest) complaint I have is that it is electric. I haven't cooked on an electric range in a while. Therefore, I can't attest as to whether the top will scratch, or how easy it is to cook, etc.

I bought it for the nonstop baking for the holidays and everything turned out perfectly. The only thing I have found I would change would be the digital control buttons are not very sensitive - you have to press them with a little extra force to get them to register so that concerns me with how long they hold up. I really like this stove!!
