It’s easy to use. First time to use electric range.

Perfect , I haven’t burned anything .....yet!!!!!!

Top has manufacturer's defect, plus instructions make it sound like super fragile--I feel like if I breath on it it'll scratch! I've had it for 2 weeks and I'm ready to get rid of it! Had some spillover while cooking SOUP (!), and of course I couldn't take it off the burner and wait till it cooled to clean it immediately, so it's there...impossible to clean it! My old dinosaur of a stove with coils was far better than this! Once in my life I dropped a dish from the microwave onto my old stove...it left a ding on it, but didn't even chip the paint. I can't imagine what would happen to this thing if I dropped a dish on it! The manual makes it sound like it's a cream puff...touch it and it'll disintegrate/scratch/crack, etc. Don't like it at all. Can't speak to the oven; haven't tried it.

I purchased this stove in gas about 1 1/2 yrs ago. We recently relocated to another state. My new house doesn't have gas hook up, so I purchased it in electric. Using electric takes a little getting use to but it's a great stove. Love everything about it.

The black cook top shows every little spot and is not easy to just wipe up; need to use a special cleaner nearly every time. The stainless trim also needs extra attention to keep clean. Heating coils are different in that the heat fades in and out???? Haven’t cleaned the oven,yet.

bought this with a samsung refrigerator. had major problems with that unit and returned it to bestbuy. i'm hoping the stove quality, over time, holds up better than the refrigerator. if i bought that product first i never would have taken a chance on the stove. but it's here and i am hoping for the best. the top glass laminate produces bubbles under it after each use which go away after it cools down. this did not happen on our previous stove so i hope this is not a problem in the future. also, the bottom drawer is very small and a flimsy feel to it.mechanically it works fine and looks nice.

All of the heating sources seem to be accurate and work as anticipated. The convection bake option is nice to have. The stainless steel and top of this can be a challenge to keep clean, however, especially if you have little ones around.

This electric range is sleek and offers a lot for the price. It heats quickly and cleans nicely if you use the correct, nonabrasive products correctly. I especially appreciate the ladies at the La Quinta BB who, I feel, are more patient and knowledgeable than (excuse me!) men!

I love this stove. It works great. The flat top is high maintenance compared to my last one, but it looks and works so much better. The oven is huge! There are many oven settings to cook anything you want at the perfect temperature. I would recommend this stove.

By and large, the range is working well. Certainly better than the old one which died due to shot heating elements for the oven. We particularly like how fast the oven gets to pre-heat temperature. Overall, no complaints.

So far the new range is working well. The elements heat quickly and viewing inside the oven with the door closed is better than our old range. The only improvement that Samsung could make is to increase the time clock numbers a little larger for easier viewing.

Don’t let Samsung take a battering - the appliance isn’t great. You need to really get used to all the burner choices. Make sure you keep the stovetop clean - everyday with oven stovetop cleaner - keeps looking like new. Baking is very even.

I have only had this range for a few weeks but I am loving it. It works great and I haven't found anything about it yet that I don't like. The range top and the oven heat up much faster than my old range which is taking a little getting used to but I could not be happier.

We ordered this range to replace the existing one that finally gave out. We had an identical one in another house, and really couldn't wait to get another for this house. We love it!!! Best Buy delivery and set up/install went very well. Very pleased with it!

I haven't use a whole lot yet, no problems so far, top can get messy when frying foods, soap and water seems to clean up pretty good without scratching the top, probably will have to forgo using my iron skillets on the stove top.

Got this on a great deal during black friday. The samsung package I bought with all the incentives was a deal. Love all the vlack stainless products. Stove/oven works great and efficient. Glass top cleaner is recommended.

Our stoves oven broke right before Thanksgiving and well we can’t have that. We love the variety on the stove top to heat up quick and cook all the things we needed. And the oven has three shelves to cook and keep things warm. It has been fantastic

The cook top heats up quick the oven preheated tp 400 in like 10 minutes. Have no complaints. I know some ppl complained about the cook top marking up. I have no issue with this. Cleans right up with a cooktop cleaner and soft scrub sponge

I must admit I was skeptical buying a Samsung Stove. Walking into the store I was adamant only thing I would buy by Samsung was a phone and phone accessories. So far so good. I love all of the features.
