I've owned for only 16 months and now the digital display appears to have some short in it and the blue lights/icons rapidly light up icons and cycle continuously. Figures problem occurred shortly after warranty expired and appears to known issue with this model per other reviews.

Black stainless peeling

Bummer because I really liked the color choice in my kitchen. Best Buy and Samsung both stood behind their product and were great to work with on the return and exchange.

The oven is awesome but best buy is a horrible company to deal with. I will never buy from them again. Paid for installation didn't get that, rescheduled and was blown off. Can't talk to corporate and no employee has the ability to make it right.

Display lights shorting out

Only a 1 year warranty, this started about 15 months after purchase. Figure it will entirely short out soon, probably costing $200 to fix.

Faulty thermostat after 2 years

I got it replaced but didn’t realize it wasn’t working u til it was too late to get a free fix so have to pay to get the same thing fixed all over again. Otherwise good.

The first was within a year of purchase. Now I need a new range and am not happy. Not fixing again to risk a fire.

The digital readout went haywire first followed by the convection oven option being the only option that works. I’m not impressed with this brand at all.

Didn't work when installed

They said it was a problem with the electrical outlet but our electrician confirmed that the oven was getting 240V as it should. Best Buy had no problem taking it back. I expected better from Samsung so I bought a Whirlpool instead with the same features at the same price.
