Sound interruptions, won’t update software and had to have usb sent to me to update, search function won’t work, names for sources won’t edit so all say unknown. My customer service experience with Samsung has been awful, especially since the TV is only 3 months old & under full warranty. Weeks of phone calls and nothing has worked. I have even been hung up on! Finally complained to the management level to get a repair and still having same issues. Supposedly am getting an authorization for refund.

Quality is really good. The only thing that is annoying its the remote Control it always get stuck. You have to click multiple times in order for it to work. But cant complain for the price i got it for.

Bought this to have something in my room and it was a very nice TV for the price I paid. Love being able to connect my phone. One issue is that sometimes on wireless it wouldn't connect and I had to reset wireless settings to fix.

Overall product is good with some minor defects, there is some lag while trying to access apps and this does not meet the expectations. I would recommend this product with some limitations

Having not bought a tv in 10 years the digital picture takes some getting used to. Disappointed in the sound level. It has to be on 20 to hear it!

This was a good product. The only complaints are the backlighting isn't great in the dark. The picture also looks like it would if you were shooting a video yourself. It is like the people on the screen are right in front of you.

Got this on sale sand was really easy to setup. I already had an existing wall mount which I swapped out from the old television to this one. It’s in a spare room so it does what it needs to.

Have owned this set for almost 6 months now and am still pleased with my purchase. Quality is pretty good, although, as is typical of these flat screen TVs, the sound system could be better - hence only 4 stars were given.

Better than my old SAMSUNG which pulled the White Screen if death, which is a board hitting a Sheet metal cover. So far so Good hope the new one does not do the Same, the got Cheap on the stand plastic now.

I purchased this tv for my elderly Mom. It's a great deal at the clearance price but there are not a lot of options for color adjustment. It's a very simple tv but works for my mom.

I bought this television for my mother-in-law who is ninety years old and very picky about everything. She loves the television!!!!!! Nothing more needs to be said.

This was on sale 50” for $299 how can you go wrong, right? Well it only has two hdmi ports but the picture and sound are good.

Tv has a great picture and is the perfect size. However, when changing inputs on the tv, the screen flashes and turns black.

A Samsung tv on sale, great condition. We needed this tv for the second bedroom and it was readily available and the service was great too.

This tv is wonderful, it has all the features you need for an amazing price. I have already recommended it to anyone looking for a tv!
