Love the picture. Set up involved an HDMI cable and the cables from the disk player. Only disappointment was that I sent a question to Samsung about the motion control feature and never received a response.

Amazing picture. Only complaint is that Netflix keeps failing every time I open Netflix after first turning on the TV again.

My nephew talked me into purchasing this realtime tv. The picture is so crisp and lifelike. It looks like you're in the movie. I'm highly impressed. I don't even want to watch the other Tvs in the house.

This is an awesome tv. Recently upgraded from 1080 led. Sound isn't that great but that's what a sound bar is for.

We decided to purchase this unit for our bedroom and have been more than satisfied. The picture quality is unreal.

Pro - picture is great , set up to the Internet was easy . Con - no not like how the remot keys are layed out

Have another Samsung and like the brand - and the options it has. Nice size and easy set up. Plenty of ports for attachments and a great picture. Good sound without needing additional speakers.

This TV has amazing picture quality. However, the set-up was not easy. Trying to enter passwords and other codes using the remote cursor was tedious and prone to mistakes. So, in my opinion, it is not so Smart.

Great 50" 4K UHD TV for it's price. Color needs to be calibrated a little, but overall it's stock settings are great. Sound is fair, as is for all TV's nowadays. I recommend buying a soundbar for a better theater experience. Smart TV comes loaded with Apps that you can use, only downfall is that sometimes the Smart TV doesn't automatically connect to my WiFi. I have to manually connect it..

This tv has excellent picture for the price! The only thing is the sound isn't very loud so you may need to buy a sound bar or something.

This TV is exactly what I wanted Beautiful picture. I have always owned a Sony this is my first Samsung and I won't be going back to Sony.

We had a sharp aquos, liked it, but it died after only 2 yrs, got this and have been happily satisfied

Replacing a ten year old 37" LG so this one looks huge in comparison. did a lot of research and waited for a sale. This one had great reviews plus they had it at a great price before Thanksgiving! The picture quality is clear. Tried testing the 4k and it's gorgeous! I knew going in that the refresh rate wasn't top notch but it looks fine to me and I rarely watch sports so it's not a big deal to me. Yes I can see it's not the absolute best in action sequences while watching movies, but again, it doesn't bother me all that much. I watch Amazon and Youtube on this as well and wow is that great! I bought a Samsung sound bar to go with this and glad I did because the sound on the TV alone isn't that great.

I couldn't recommend this TV any higher than five stars it is more that I could ever expect the quality is unbelievable in the spot technology is fantastic I would highly recommend

I have several Samsung TV they are great, the picture on the one I just bought is better then anything I have see. I also purchased a sound bar and I really am happy I bought it.

I bought this 50" TV on Nov 11, 2015 without performing much review first (bad idea). When watching regular TV shows the picture looks good, especially the close-ups. The colors also look really good. HOWEVER, DVD movies DO NOT LOOK GOOD!! Close ups on faces look great, but outdoor scenes with things like people or trees in the background are irritatingly fuzzy (and terrible compared to my previous Samsung UN50F6300). Today I talked to a BestBuy salesman (very informative) who was not surprised at my disappointment in this TVs ability to show movies. He recommended the Samsung JU7100 series TV. I plan to return the one I have and buy the JU7100. By the way, www.rtings.com appears to have really good information on TVs, and confirms that this is not a good tv for movies - that may help in your research. Good luck!

Easy to set up. Great graphics for Xbox games and TV watching. Recommend a sound bar. The sound is OK, but with a sound bar it is really good it you do not have surround sound.

We needed a tv for our bedroom and wanted something to lay around and watch Netflix on nothing fancy. We purchased this tv because best buy was running a sale. The quality far exceeded our expectations and has been much nicer than our more expensive living room television. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone considering it. It is easy to use and having Netflix already set up on it made our lives so much easier.

What a great purchase. It has a wonderful picture that looks like the people are in your front room! Checked the price and couldn't find any thing better. Best purchase ever.

The size is great, the picture quality is great. Love everything about this tv. I recommend this for anyone in need of a new tv.
