HAD ISSUE SETTING UP INTERNET, THEY WERE OF NO HELP. YOUR STAFF AT THE STORE TOLD ME HOW TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, AND THAT WORKED PERFECTLY

Sweet TV and 4K rocks

Good product, no complaints so far

The picture is great, and the connections to Amazon Prime and Netflix are very fast (I'm using a wired connection to the router). I agree with several reviewers that the sound could be better, but it connects easily to an external speaker system. Overall I think it's a quality product.

The picture is great and noticeably better then or standard hd tv's. We have only used it with our direct tv service because I need to hook up a repeater to get an internet signal to the tv so can't comment on that aspect of it. We bought a Samsung sound bar to sit on the mantel and it pairs well with the tv. Overall. I'm a happy customer.
