Best buy is awful

Gave it to my SinL for her bday in Jan. Screen was smashed. Brought back and was told past the 30 day return time. Sorry nothing we can do, no one would help. Noone to complain to at corporate. I will never shop there again. They hide behind the stores who blame the policy. The TV was great, the seller is awful.
