Redline after just 8 months

However, here we are just 8 months later and a red line has appeared on the screen. No physical mishandling or damage was done to it. Bestbuy at this point wont take the return so I have to ship it to Samsung I suppose.

Too hard to use the remote for SMART features.

It is very difficult to use the remote to access the SMART features. Streaming from a Surface computer did not work, and using HDMI cable resulted in a bad picture. I would rather use another box to make the TV smart. The features work, but just take too long to get what we need in the classroom. I should have saved the money I spent on this SMART TV.
