It tends to drop in and out at will. I have had to do quite a bit of Google searches to fix the problem. We almost have it fixed. I also have got an assistive voice narration on some of my channels that I am not sure if it's the TV settings or the Cable provider.

We are pleased with the end results. Good picture

It was not wide enough to accommodate the spacing of the legs on the TV. Also the movement of lips and sound were not synchronized. Both problems have been resolved and we are now able to enjoy our TV. It's a bit more sophisticated than it needs to be for us.
