    Item was sold and advertised as new. Upon delivery to store , packaging was badly damaged and inside foam structure dirty and broken. Totally disappointed because this was my second attempt at purchasing this TV. My first experience at the farmers branch store was even worse....TV screen was broken all over and delivery took forever.

    This tv is a larger version of a previously purchased model. The 43" impressed over the past year, so when the time came for another tv, it was a no brainer. As expected with Samsung tvs, you get what you pay for and this model family is well worth the price and are defiinitely swinging well above their weight class. All apps and smart tv functions are flawless.

    Great TV. But we do have problems with the sound. It tends to drop in and out at will. I have had to do quite a bit of Google searches to fix the problem. We almost have it fixed. I also have got an assistive voice narration on some of my channels that I am not sure if it's the TV settings or the Cable provider.
