I like the size and thin profile. since it is only 8 or 9 feet away, the volume is good. This was so much easier to set up for my wifi streaming than the sister to this in 65". I have the 65" in this for the living room. I find that the speakers' volume is insufficient especially when a show has soft speaking or if there is any background noise at my apartment.

Didn't live up to expectations.

The old TV still worked, but I wanted them to get the picture boost from HDR and 4k - plus, the 50" fit in about the same physical size as the old 46" thanks to the smaller bezel. This is the first Samsung product that I regretted purchasing. We had it running for about a week, and no matter how I tweaked the settings, The colors just never looked right. Everything seemed WAY over saturated or too muted -- I couldn't get anywhere in the middle that would work for all channels/movies. In the end I returned it and got the LG 50" 7300 and overall the picture quality is much better.
