we had to wait - for this TV and the first one that was delivered - failed - so we were bummed out - we had to wait 2 more weeks to get the replacement - we were concerned the replacement might be a dud also - however after 3 days of using this TV we are very pleased

Geek squad great - sales and delivery not

We ordered 2 TVs to be delivered on the same day and geek squad installed. One arrived several days early - a problem since we we not living there yet. The morning of the scheduled delivery we had a call from the geek squad saying the tv had arrived damaged - to call to reschedule. The phone line had a wait time over an hour - tried chat online - Waited over 20 min - no response. We went back to the store and spent over an hour and were told the first delivery date was after our Comcast appointment- sales people were not helpful - we ended up taking the tv and the geek squad came the same day - they were fantastic

I really liked this tv and the price wasn’t too bad, either. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a new 50” tv with many connectivity options to include wireless headphones, for personal listening.

Great tv everything works perfect on it the only issue I have is make sure you have certain modes on only at certain scenarios because having game mode while watching a movie can make it look not as good

Works great. Good price and value. The remote is very easy to navigate the many options on this smart TV. Much better remote control than our main TV. Can't give it 5 stars since it is a mid level model.

I bought a Samsung 8 Series. The picture isn't that great. I would have taken it back but, I didn't feel like loading all the stuff back in the box. And it wasn't that easy to set it up either.

I wasn't too keen on the remote at first, but it grew on me. I'm really liking the TV despite Best Buy not knowing when they were going to get my preferred option in... but that's another story with a bad review.

Upgraded from a 1080p TCL roku tv. I was hoping for a good smart tv experience with entry level 4K picture quality. The tizen interface is just okay but the picture quality isn’t up to expectations. No matter what streaming service I’m using or what picture mode I adjust it just doesn’t look good. Also the brightness isn’t very high even when at Max. I would look elsewhere or pay more for the next tier up of Samsung 4K smart TVs if you want to stick with Samsung as a brand.

It is super friendly, love the scene feature that allows me to press left 50 pictures from my phone and display randomly on a nice frame. The remote control is super easy as well and can be used to control other devices like my Apple TV, and PS4

TV doesn’t allow certain apps like Xfinity to be added and complicated! It has a great picture!
I wouldn’t recommend TV for anyone who isn’t tech savvy.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps if any.
We also suggest you check your internet connection: 1. Use 5G WiFi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

Had a very hard time getting an employee to help with this purchase, either they were busy or only came to the department to use cash register. When I did finally find someone she was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall the TV is great.

Very involved to setup and now lost the remote controls and can't seem to figure how to get them back so have to used the Fire Stick remote after the TV starts up.

Love love love these tvs, I always get this model / brand from Best Buy and always make sure to go in store to get better deals on open box ! I’ve gotten a few tvs open box and never have an issue with them !

I'm very happy with my new smart tv. I upgraded my 7 year old Samsung to this one so I could have Disney + on the big screen for my granddaughters and me! Was happy to see the protective packaging on the edges.

I love my new Samsung TV. Well, I use it for a computer monitor and with 4K, it lets me have MANY windows open at the same time without covering them up. Great for having multiple server sessions open.
As for the TV, you can't beat it!

I've always liked the Samsung products, had to purchase this one since my first TV finally decided to stop working. The only problem I have with this model is how to connect my soundbar. Also it's a good idea to have it mounted on the wall.

TV is okay. Best part about is being able to look at it from the side or another room and see the screen clearly. I'm not feeling all of these apps Samsung forces on you though.

It’s a great tv. The apps works as well or even better then my Sony Bravia, though the picture does not compare. I was hesitant to buy a Samsung because the smart hub on my other models sucked but they really stepped it up recently!

Good TV but viewing angle is pretty bad as you’ll have to sit right in front to get the best picture otherwise it’s washed out. And I noticed a dead pixel a few months after purchasing it.
