Works well overall, smart tv format and remote take some getting used too. Does NOT work with a Nintendo Switch! I would not buy again.

I'm extremely pleased with my recent tv purchase. I can't remember the name of the young man that helped me, but I appreciate his knowledge of available televisions on the market. Overall very happy the overall experience.

I have been purchasing Samsung TVs for many years. I bought this TV for my lake home and it doesn't disappoint for the price point. Setup is simple and the screen resolution amazing. The speaker works very well too. Would highly recommend.

This Samsung TV Has the best color I’ve ever seen and I’ve had many Samsung TVs. It’s a little big for a bedroom but who’s to say you can’t feel like you’re at the movies when you’re in bed and a Perfect size for a smaller Living room.

Macedonia store had the TV I wanted in stock. My purchase went smoothly and the benefits of opening a Best Buy credit card were effectively communicated to me. I opened up the credit card. I am happy with the TV so far. Thank you.

For the money, you can't beat it. I tried a similar class LG, Vizio, as well as a Samsung 7 series. Some details do get lost in dark areas on the screen. But, for this price class not bad at all.

Son broke our T.v. screen, so we wanted a T.v. like the one that was broken. This T.v. was it. Its a great T.v., has lots of options. Can even connect it to smart home devices and control smart home devices from the T.v. remote.

I had to change the screen 2 times. It didn’t work.

The agent did a very good job to bring the HDMI cable and cable box to the basement and connect the IR system. Unfortunately, I had the wrong HDMI cable to complete the tv in the living room.

Great tv was very skeptical at first but took the plunge and I love it screen is great doesn’t stutter much (I have optimum so I blame them) watching Netflix and other streaming services very good love the quality

Great TV for the price my only issue is that it tends to dim itself or in other cases become too bright and I still haven't figured out how to turn that feature off. All in all a great TV.

This is a nice TV unless you’ve experienced an OLED, but very disappointing if you have. I love the Samsung software but couldn’t deal with the washed out picture on this TV. Back it went.

I have trouble with Netflix and airplay. They are not working on this TV. Image and sound quality is satisfying but I guess the tizen is BS.

These Smart devices are getting so advanced. When we have to replace one for whatever reason it seems the Smartness has improved and we have to learn all over. Still learning from this one.

This is a wonderful TV. The first 4K movie I watch on it dazzled me with the best display of any TV I've ever owned. This is my 3rd 4K TV and clearly the best.

This is a good buy; however, I am a little disappointed with the sound quality. I m a little hard of hearing. If this is you, then you may need to consider buying a sound bar.

Overall, the TV is okay. The darks aren't that dark and there is some fade that creeps in around the edges. For the price point, it's great.

Thanks to my technician for his patience while I attempted to download and establish a Samsung account......I tried many times. Also I appreciate that he took the old tv downstairs for me to dispose of. Great service.

The lady and the floor manager were great about what I needed when the online purchase I made wasn’t what I had thought I purchased. They made it right and it was great working with both of them.

Sure there’s cheaper TVs in the same size range, but for me this was the cheaper option since I didn’t want to purchase a separate Apple TV. I must say, i was impressed! Beautiful display and flawless connection! Highly recommend
