    TV was fine until it died after only 14 months of ownership… I didn’t buy a service plan, so maybe it’s partly my fault but my last HDTV, a somewhat cheap VIZIO, lasted 6+ years, so I felt pretty safe with a brand like Samsung. More fool me - I should’ve paid the “idiot tax” and now I’ve got to dispose of and expensively replace this piece of garbage!

    Ordered online, but received with a cracked screen, took to local store and exchanged with no problem. Loving the TV, but wished it had the remote control like on our series 6 Samsung.

    Bought this mainly for gaming on the PS4. With game mode turned on there is zero lag. I highly recommend it for COD. My only issue, I do wish it had RCA audio outputs though. Not just Bluetooth or Optical.

    This TV delivered everything I needed - a great display, smart functionality (e.g. Apple TV and Apple Music built in), and a clean design. This TV gets the job done, and I am super satisfied with its performance thus far.

    Bought the 8 series due to recent model. Thought it must be different from the 7th series. But not much difference in terms of features and the picture quality.

    The tv is good, but the remote is dumb. They make it more complicated by making the remote smaller. It doesn't even have an input button

    This was purchased as an early Christmas gift for a family member and they're really enjoying it. The quality is really good for the cost and it's nice to have all of the extra features including the tv channels.

    TV came in great condition minor finger prints on the screen and original packaging was a little damaged. other than that the item was exactly as described

    I Love Samsung products. I had this TV since 2020 but it got a dead pixel and after trying to get it fixed didnt work I got to exchange it.

    Good entry level 4K tv. Definitely not the best out there but at this price point, not bad. Temper the picture quality expectations or go a bit higher to the Q60.

    The ratings were so high on this set, we purchased it, but found that the picture wasn’t any better than our old LG, and was harder to activate and use (change channels, mute, etc.)

    Everything fine except the 60Hz. I use Tubi and a Samsung phone to connect. My iphone does not work with it nor the Smart Things App I paid for for no reason.

    Love my television, just as great as my last Samsung. Slight upgrade from my last, only had to replace because I gave my last tv to my daughter for her new house. Would definitely recommend to others.

    Went to the store so we could see the TV before we purchased it. Received really good info and advice from the associate helping us. Seeing to product in person was a smart move, because of all the info we received.

    It’s a beautiful tv! I can connect my iMac to my tv from airdrop and I also can screen mirror my iPhone to it! FINALLY my Apple and Samsung devices can work together !! Highly recommend it for the price !!

    I really like Samsung televisions and having a Best Buy close by with warranties and advise made me feel really comfortable. An all around good store with a great product.

    I felt the picture would look a lot more clearer. I could’ve been satisfied with the 7 series. Depending on the channel the quality of the pixels tends look sharper.
