I’m kinda late writing a review but this tv was ok for the price and it worked pretty good for the most part. Until now when the tv failed during one of the rare time I get to watch tv. The screen went black with flashes of light in the background it’s a good thing I have a extended warranty. I hope that I can replace it with a different brand or model that will last more than a year

Clear picture, good sound, easy set up. Yay! Bought on May 17, 2020. Delivered May 21, 2029. Only lasted 2 years and 6 months. Broke down on the night of Nov. 20, 2022. Not worth it. My other TV (not a Samsung) is over 10 years old and still functioning with no issues

Poor remote! Too small,even my electrician could not figure out the volume on the remote! Impossible to use, can be improved upon and should be! Diane Replogle Dillsburg, Pa

Our first one had issues staying connected to WiFi so we got it swapped out at BB. The new one has been great very pleased with the TV and it having Apple TV built in.

It's been a good TV so far. I've always liked my Samsung TVs. However, I'm glad I read some reviews about the weird film that goes over the TV... my girlfriend was starting to peel it off and I had to stop her before the TV was ruined. So if you're planning to buy this TV, please note that the film absolutely has to stay on the screen. Otherwise you'll be staring at a white screen and needing to swap it out.

We still have intermittent problems. It turns itself back on. We like the tv because we can watch many things besides cable t.v.

I've had multiple samsung TVs and I love them. the screen resolution is great and they connect to my phone with smart things

Needed to add a sound bar to get quality sound. The remote is NOT user friendly at all!

Solid little TV with enough inputs to be useful. The HDMI2 port is the port with HDMI 2.0+ if you want to do HDR and such from a game console/etc.

I only buy Samsung in Tv's, so as always I am happy with this Smart TV. We went from a 32" to this 50" which is perfect for a small sitting room. No complaints.

easy to purchase installation was great showed up on time and where safe and left with everything in working order.

Good product not 5 stars because I had to play games with vizio for 3 months. It finally was resolved and its a great product

Worked great initially but then after about two weeks stopped getting signals from my receiver so I was not able to get home theater functions to work. Still works with workarounds but I have to change cords when I want to change the source and not all sources get home theater speakers, and can only use the TV speaker on those.

Bought this tv for me I love this tv I will be upgrading soon tho will be giving this tv to my mother as a gift it works well no issues nor problem love it

Branden was helpful with his knowledge about cell phones. He in got us in new phones with a minimum of difficulty.

Had an older Samsung led tv that the screen stopped working on but I loved that tv so at this price I decided to go with another Samsung just a slight upgrade

It does everything i want except play avi vedios and I have not found an acceptable of converting them. I the issue is time.

I am completely satisfied with my Best Buy experience an the quality of the product and exchange policy too. I intend to be a Best Buy costumer again soon.
