TV is just over a year and a half old and will not turn on. We have been dealing with multiple dead lines on the display for a couple months, and today it finally died. Before the issues, it had a great picture.

Our 2nd Samsung 55” TV. This new version, is better, lighter, and a ton of new feature we like. Pairs perfectly with my Samsung sound bar from previous TV

Great TV for the money. I love the added features in the 8 Series over the 7 for very little more money. This is my 8th Samsung in the past few years.

Great picture quality a lil pricey can do pretty much anything on this tv

The product is fine. At times it appears grainy when camera zooms in on a person. Getting it hooked up to our ATT Uverse was a little challenging.

Has some issues with the Hulu app. TV must be unplugged periodically to clear the cache, otherwise the Live tv doesn't work.

Love the clarity of the TV it feels like your in the same room as the actors LOL! Always love Samsung also!!! I have the phones and appliances also!!!!

Can’t get to full screen mod. It says that the option is not available.

I have bought this TV in exchange of LG UN7300 by reading the reviews online but I got wrong. Faced issues with smart hub for installing software as sometimes it won't allow me to install any app unless I had to reset smart hub or whole settings to start from scratch. Sometimes software update and device care buttons greyed out and sometimes device care reported issue as screen is blurry and not clear and resetting picture settings wouldn't help either. I tried to submit service ticket but it showed me error as try again always. Another issue with casting photos from my mobile to TV, picture quality was horrible as it stuck some times and mixing two photos on the same screen when I try to move to next photo. Though picture quality or contrast was good for watching movies compared to LG but considering above issues had to return it. Hope this helps someone and Samsung will address these issues.

10/10 This TV is such a bang for your buck!! I have owned this TV for 2 years and it still works brand new.

My son bought this for me, was wanting to ge a 32in [and he said put your 40in in the kitchen, and ill buy you the 50in for your bedroom, LOVE IT!!

A perfect experience, the Installation went perfectly and Geek Squad was extremely helpful teaching me the intricacies of the remote. Thank You

I dropped it a week after I bought it... it still works but it’s now a 48” viewing experience instead of 50” and it the guests/grandkids bedroom!

Way harder than it should be to get at adjustments. Obviously designed by geeks for geeks who have nothing else to do.

Great TV!!!...I like it so far no complaints yet...Hopefully I get my money's worth out of it towards the years to come.

Grey tv. Handles motion just fine. I don’t k ow why anyone would need to spend more on a tv unless they were looking for something bigger.

so far so good, it is a good product, a detail: still not able to use the link it with my google nest, but tv works ok

Beautiful TV. Bought for my daughters bedroom and a little to big. Love the smart features and the connectivity to other devices.

It’s a really good tv for the price. Only thing is, I should have gotten a bigger size like a 60 inch rather than 50” since I have such a big room
