It worked great, until it didn't. Purchased 9/1/2020. Died 12/6/2022 Screen just went Black in the middle of a show. Sound bugging in and out. Seems to me like a very short life span for a Samsung.

I truly sorry that the return period passed. Otherwise I would had this TV returned because it exhausts my patience taking so long to react to a single go right or left command in the home menu.
First, I thought it was my internet connection so I got the internet provider came to my home and we improved the service and also plugged in the entranet cable directly from the router to the TV, but it is still the same. Slow as usual to retrieve searchers, channels and movies, etc, etc.
So far, I'm convinced that the problem is about the TV software. I press the home button in the remote and took like 2 seconds to react, of course, by then I already pressed three more times the same button. Especially when the TV just get on, it is like it takes time to start functioning correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
