    Great tv , comes with Samsung tv programming . Upgrades the channels to 4K.

    wifi connectivity issue

    got this for my mother. It had some issues connecting with the Samsung network during set up. I had to hotspot my phone and complete the setup via my phone. It still goes in and out of network connection with her existing wifi. Not exactly sure what the issue is.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU8000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing WiFi connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1460.9 released on 12/7/20)

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Great quality on 4k but the problem the tv just work for 2 Years after that its just start turnin on and off and still like that for a month I call samsung support and they just told me to buy a new one because these tvs never get fixed so I look if its any solution but almos all the people with this tv series have problems either with the screen or power supply and its more expensive to fix the the Tv it self I just write this Because I have alot of problems with Samsung products they really have to check their quality products (Galaxy Buds "Pro")
