I think it is better than this 2020 version. This one is a step back. I should have bought the 6 or 7 series to save at least $100, or invested in an QLED or OLED.

Followed all the steps correctly and then called support. Ended up returning it and received another one. The second one has been good so far, but a little skeptical after the first one.
