    For an upper tier entry level tv you'd think Samsung would have all the app bases covered. People aren't going to keep their televisions if the apps they subscribe to aren't included. I subscribe to Shudder and Peacock and neither of them are available on the Samsung Tizen system. The tv can have the best visuals but for $426 there be a bit of quality of life also. I shouldn't have to disconnect my blu ray player and connect my Fios Stream to watch shows on apps I bought a tv for. Besides that, these smart TVs are littered with ads and other useless bloatware to the point the Komodo Sceptre might just be acceptable. Probably will return this as it doesn't serve it's purpose.

    Great picture but harder to manuever around to get all your channels and change anything about the sound.

    The TV and set up of such is fine, but what I ordered and what I received were two different things. The item received was open box, not a new item which should have had a price difference. No such thing!

    Black screen after less than a month of use

    Very disappointed. Bought this TV on 8/22. Took it out of the box 2 weeks ago (9/28). Almost immediately it started acting strange. Well today it died. Black screen, no sound. Batteries are out of the remote & it will randomly have sound for a few seconds. Red light flashing on tv while plugged in. Best Buy won’t except return because it’s greater than 15 days since purchase. Not happy about that. Now I have to deal with Samsung & hope they stand by the warranty & replace it. Do not buy this TV. I’ve read about the black screen but was hoping it wouldn’t happen to us. It did.

    Not happy with overall sound. You think you’re buying a good tv and then you have to spend hundreds on a sound bar. I have better sound from my Vizio.

    It is Too early to comment on the purchased item. It is a Christmas gift and already wrapped. I won’t know the quality til the end of December. I’ll give 5 stars once I know all is good.

    It’s an average TV, wish I could have gotten a better one. It says 4K but it acts like 1080, I paid $500 for it (on sale) and it was a mistake there’s better TVS out there right now
