    When it worked, it had a good picture. TV zoned out at 13 months of a 12 month warranty. Error code and will not power up.

    This TV broke after 1.5 years, conveniently just outside of warranty. There is a common issue (search Samsung QLED power cycling) where the TV infinitely turns on and off. Samsung's boilerplate response is to fix it using the menu somehow - which is impossible because the TV constantly turns on and off by itself when plugged in, and only stays on for about one second or less, meaning none of its menu features can be accessed. I highly caution against purchased this product.

    Wifi connection drops all the time, it will not stay connected to the TV. It was a mystery trying to connect regular antenna. Finally figure it out after lots of troubleshooting.

    This tv 50in came with a 1 year warranty and the picture screen went out 1 year and 13 days and no one wants to do anything for you. So the next tv gets a 2 year extended warranty.i usually never buy Any extra warranty but after this last tv i can't afford not too. Why take pictures it doesn't turn on. First about 2 weeks ago 3 horizontal lines in multi colors appeared then when it was 13 days past the warranty the picture just went blank and that was it. It was the 8 series 50in Samsung tv.

    I purchased this TV less than 16 months ago. I loved it for 16 months. Now, when I plug it in, the screen just changes from gray to black over and over.

    This is quite possibly the most frustrating piece of “technology” in my home. The remote is super sensitive and just sitting down near it will turn off the tv. The tv itself will not stay connected to the WiFi so each day we have to reset the network and reconnect to the WiFi. And now the HDMI ports don’t work so we cannot hook our gaming system or DVR up to it. It is July and I just purchased it in March. I wish I could return it. I’d rather stare at a fish tank than this useless hunk of crap.

    It totally stopped working one month after my mother started using it. It has been a nightmare trying to get a person from Best Buy to schedule repair or replacement. I the last call to the Geek squad center ended up with dead air while I was talking to your person. After two 40minute calls I hope the currently scheduled repair in one week occurs. EBBradley

    Lasted 19 months?!?!?!

    Lasted 19 months. Now LG wants $250 to look at it. Originally cost me $400. Was only OK while it lasted. Not great. I'm not happy. Cheap TV, I guess. $400 for a TV that lasted less than 2 years. Support won't even try to troubleshoot for me. You know. Listen to symptoms? Power but no sound or picture. Chimes sound about every 15 seconds. See gray light behind screen flash on occasionally. Useless.

    I wish I had not purchased a so called smart TVsi have to reconnect the remote Set up connections to cable tv Tried to connect a over the antenna wouldn’t recognize

    I purchased this tv in Aug 2020 and here is the reason i gave this one star: Tv turns off by itself Volume goes out in random times There is are three solid lines running across the middle of the tv: two green and one black very noticeable. This is unacceptable my Sony tvs last up to ten years with no problem. This is the last time i purchase any Samsung tv or product.

    This tv was purchased as a replacement to a 55 inch similar model bought a year and a half ago. Frustrated with the lack of product support and help from Best Buy.

    Office TV is a great price with a great screen resolution, we're having non-stop problems with it. Google Samsung Smart TVs that's disconnect to the Wi-Fi. after having this for just under a year, we cannot keep this TV connected to the wi-fi. And it's not an issue with our Wi-Fi tons of chat rooms and forums showing that this TV will not stay connected to wi-fi. I'm going to try a factory reset and if that doesn't work I'm going to throw it in the garbage.

    Absolute trash. TV interface was annoyingly glitchy immediately from purchase, but worked. It is now 20 months after purchase and I am on the BB website to obtain my itemized receipt to file a claim with AMEX, because the TV is completely dead. TV cycles power on and off rapidly. Samsung's warranty is only 1 year. This may be the first review I've ever written.
