    TWICE FAILED DELIVERIES

    Not once, but, two delivery dates cancelled on delivery date after 6 hours of waiting for TV to be delivered. Went to store and TV was there in stock. Wow.

    This tv was fine when it was brand new. A little over a year old and it suddenly wont turn on properly and won't shut off. There is no picture, just black screen with white lights flashing. We unplugged it for awhile it starting working again, thought it was the HDM cord, it wasn't, again it's not working. I'm very disappointed. I've purchased several Samsung tv's over the years. Likely won't again.

    Died after 1 1/2 years. For that kind of money, it should last a little longer. Other than that, average.

    It lasted a year never moved or touched hung it on wall very carefully and smoothly Nd over the past 3 months it developed 4 blinking horizontal lines that never stop it’s rediculous I tried absolutely everything real all the forums and I’ve come to the conclusion it’s a faulty tcon board so that’s great I’m out over $500 and stuck with poorly made trash thanks a lot

    Display broke 3 weeks after purchase. Samsung is sending a service tech out but going without a brand new TV for a week is less than desirable.

    Very upset, this tv used to always freeze but I didn’t think much of it! I bought this tv in Nov2020 now December 2022 it went! It won’t turn on, red light just blinking and a repair it’s the price of a new tv! Looking over documents I believe Warranty is only for one year! Even might older smart tv never game me this issue

    I've had it over 3 years now and it's still going strong. It was a great replacement for what we had, a definite step up. The wifi works great, streaming works great. We watch just about anything on it, Hulu, Disney Plus, Max, Etc. Great Picture, good sound and pretty easy to use and set up. My only complaint with the design is the legs on the ends. I liked the stand in the middle which was easier to place on a tv stand. Very happy with this tv.

    I bought this TV exactly 2 years ago, and the screen just went blank, and will not turn on. My last Samsung Flat screen TV lasted over 15 years with no issues. This one is total garbage. Samsung told me it is not under warranty & I'll have to get it serviced on my own. Two years later?!? Don't waste your money on this one.

    I paid for installation. The technician first gave me his opinion of the wall mount that I chose. I did not ask for his opinion and the one I ordered was sufficient for this placement. When the TV was not working properly, I had Atlantic Broadband come by the next day and it wasn't even hooked to the HDMI cable. VERY DISAPPOINTED

    I purchased 2 new tv's for my company's bar area. I returned one of the two because it was defective due to a power issue. The replacement worked for 2 days then would not turn on. Waiting on another replacement.

    Broken After 23 Months

    I loved this TV up until tonight when the screen went black and began cycling on and off. I am so disappointed with Samsung, as I am a fan of their electronics. It pains me to have to leave this review but I’ve only had this TV for 23 months. My Geek Squad Protection Plan expires next month so at least I still have that warranty.

    Bought this TV in March 2020. Now it’s early September 2020 and the TV is dead. First horizontal lines started fading and now when I turn the TV on it just keeps resetting. I’m going to contact Best Buy and Samsung to see if I can get a replacement. I was very excited when this new model was coming out and now I’m very disappointed.
