    I’ve owned this tv for less than 2 years and had to have the screen replaced because of dead pixels. It was still under warranty the first time, but now it’s out of warranty and the SC teen is failing AGAIN and the cost of replacing the screen now is more than $400. I’m just so disappointed.

    When I plugged it in and turned it on I could only hear it, nothing popped on the screen. It looks perfectly fine no damage at all and for second as we were troubleshooting online it decided to work. We turned it off for a bit after using it to go do some things and when we came back and turned it on it was audio only no visual.

    Broke after 2 yrs. This was a replacement for another TV bought from Best Buy that also broke after 2 yrs. Only receive instore credit for product price, not tax. Basically, can't even afford to buy this tv again without paying out of pocket a THIRD time.

    TV lasted only 2 years. I used to like Samsung quality but lately do not recommend. Lucky I bought the extended warranty but they could not fix. Will apply credit to a different brand

    Very poor tv that i had bought at the peak time of corona and started to get lines on screen within 6 months .I had to hit at the back of tv to get it run and was running like this for 1 and half years .Now the displays has gone. So ,Please dont buy this garbage.

    We purchasing believing we were getting top quality in our Samsung smart tv from Best Buy - - a Total Lemon!!!!!!!! So, so disappointed in the performance of this tv. Nothing but trouble - usually Samsung is the best quality - we have the Lemon!!!!!!

    Worked great for a year then started having problems connecting to wifi. Had to reset network settings and fool around for 20 minutes VERY often. Now it finally quit and won't connect at all. Turned it into a computer monitor.

    I have this tv for exactly 1 year and 1 month and now it shuts off and turns back on every 10 seconds. I spent a good amount of money on something that lasts literally 1 month past the warranty what a joke Samsung seems like it’s a way to get you to buy a new tv every year!

    Picture went out after a hour and a half of playtime. Still had sound. Returned after stores opened due to Corona. Oh the trouble of wall mounting and cable management for a small window of satisfaction. I still do love SAMSUNG Electronics.

    Died by year 2.

    The TV was good at first, despite some flickering for certain kinds of detailed imagery. However, by year 2, the TV stopped working, and the warranty was only for one year. Is Samsung designing them to fail to drive new purchases?

    Audio and dead pixel issues plague this tv

    Two blown pixels, and audio drops out for a few seconds every time it is in operation. The sound comes back, but it is very frustrating for a $500 tv SAMSUNG tv to still have issues. Happened just after the 30-day return period.

      If you are using this with a soundbar and the audio drops out issue happens when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable. If you are using Bluetooth, disconnections may occur if your TV and soundbar are too far apart.

    Extremely disappointing...

    Turned on or the first time Thanksgiving 2020. After an avg. of 3-4 hrs per day, 21-28 hrs per wk. and as of 7/12/22, it's dead. Will be moving away from Samsung products as a result of this respective item and poor experience.

    It was all good until yesterday. Just 1.5 years and it’s display is broken. Back LED not working. So disappointed. Warranty is just over and I have nothing to do other than getting a new tv. Why the life of these tvs is so short!!!

    Crappy tv! Less than a year old and the screen has gone black but the sound is on. Contacted Samsung for repair because it’s still under manufacturing warranty.! Do NOT BUY unless you like to waste money!

    If I could give less than 1 I would. 1 year and 2 months after purchase the tv stopped working. Called Samsung and it’s out of warranty, by 2 months. Called Best Buy and they were no help either. So I now a 1 year old $500 paperweight on my dresser.

    Really disappointed with Samsung, the TV lasted less than two years, suddenly it was taking more and more time to turn on, a week later didn't turn on at all, lately the brand is lowering the price as well as quality.
