I have other Samsung TV’s at home and this is the first time that happens. Luckily it was under the 15 days return policy and I got a refund. I had a bad feeling about getting another Samsung so I got a Vizio instead.

I purchased in Dec 2020, after 2 years, there were colored streaks showing up at the bottom of the screen, which made enjoying a movie impossible. I would not recommend purchasing this TV

I have had this TV for just 2 years and it died outside of the warranty period. So, while I am a Smsung past advocate, I am no more. People, find a BETTER product to last. Samsung is not it.

TV stopped working within first year! Not worth buying! Although they do exchanges, I cannot BELIEVE I have to pay extra because the same tv isn't available. I DID NOT ASK FOR MY TV TO NOT WORK!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought this tv 2 years ago and i thought i purchased the protection plan. I paid with my Best Buy credit card and now the tv quit and i dont see the protection plan on my account.

Tv was fine up until about 2 months ago, some lines started appearing at the top of the tv, and now it can’t even turn on. Considering this is under 2 years old, very dissapointing.

The TV stopped working completely after two years. I never moved it, it was in perfect condition when all of the sudden it stopped working. Will never buy a Samsung TV ever again.

I bought this in June 2020 (not August as it says) and last week it stopped working and all it does now is occasionally flash on and off. Called Samsung and it is out of warranty. Buy a different brand and TV!

This tv lasted just a little over one year. Very disappointed. Colors, brightness looked good, but not worth it. This is my second Samsung item that doesn’t last. Will not buy anything made by this brand anymore.

This tv is a problem....pop up screens every time you turn tv on.... And techs could not figure out how to take them off...takes a long time to actually watch programs....if we didn’t have to pay a restocking fee it would be going back....buyer beware...

It was fine at first then one day the picture just went black- the led non the bottom indicates its coming on but nothing. They did let me return it, got my money back. This 2020 series of Samsung's appear to have an issue of doing this.

Back of TV set warped and separated from body after a month. Contacted Samsung for warranty 3 weeks ago. Long delay in response by Samsung to fix it. Still waiting on service of TV set.

1 1/2 years old, post-warranty, have a Horizontal line all the way across the screen. Very annoying. The sales guy convinced me to buy this brand because of its reliability. Oh well.

Do not purchase anything from Samsung. This tv stopped working after 1 year and a half and Samsung says it is out of warranty. Samsung should stand by its products. This is ridiculous.
